Narrator: “On October 18, 2012, at 4:36p.m., the Earth as we know it will be home to 7 billion people. More than half of them, will hate Americans. And will threaten the very thing we cherish most: freedom.
The Big Apple, District, the Windy City, the Emerald City, and the City of Angels.
As far as the American people are concerned, these 5 cities are highly vulnerable targets for an eminent terrorist attack. Much like they assume our job is to prevent those attacks from ever happening.
Hello. I’m Scott L. Campbell, and on behalf of the Tessera Project, I wish to congratulate you on dedicating your life to the neoteric American century. I’m here tonight for one purpose only. To disclose highly classified information about our young program. Remember this, when they can’t do it, they turn to us.”
“As you know, we are in the 21st century leading a global war. Our commander has strategically deployed over 1 million soldiers around the globe. And as we forge ahead in our occupations of Afghanistan, and Iraq, the public MUST continue to think that our intelligence reports are accurate. That Iran is extremely close to constructing a weapon of mass destruction.
If someone wanting to topple our empire stands in the way of bigger plans, we must stop them. As a result, we have chosen to preemptively begin Operation Condor within the next couple of weeks.
You see, in late August 2001, the project for the neoteric American century, gathered at a small ranch in Texas for an emergency session. Topic at hand, with an unquestionable war in the future, how do we protect the homeland when most of our soldiers are overseas?
The answer is, the Tessera Project. Where we watch, we read, we listen, and we stop.”

“As we all know, American support these days is at an all time low. This is based on studies done within the last 6 years. But don’t lose hope just yet. A positive change is in our future. Big plans are in the works to get this country back to living in a daze.
I’m talking about another catastrophic event on U.S. soil, blamed on our enemies. The population will become increasingly paranoid. Fearing their lives are in danger, and having no one else to turn to, they will turn to us, their leaders, and our policy. It’s proven to work.”
“The main reason the Tessera Project was created, was to keep a watchful eye on the people that pose a threat living in the United States. In order to do this, rights unwillingly have to be given up.
At our disposal, are different ways to help in building a case against an ordinary citizen.
The man seen here [shows a hostage tied up in a dark room] has been labeled Citizen 1348B. All citizens of this great country have numbers.
This citizen, has written several letters to the editor of The New York Times and The Washington Post, speaking out against our current administration.
If you notice his demeanor, you will be able to spot that he’s hiding something. Through state of the art technology, we were able to track where he went at all times. I’m happy to report that Los Angeles and other major cities are very close to having cameras on every street corner.
Incriminating the suspect when he has done nothing wrong may be a difficult task at first. But not if you know where to look.”
[shows scenes of agents looking through Citizen 1348B’s trash and monitoring his calls]
“Never before in history, has a single government agency been granted so much leeway in terms of what they can and cannot do. Having to answer to no one, the commander, George Walker Bush, on October 17th, signed into law the United States Military Commission Act of 2006.
Under this provision, habeas corpus went out the window. Because of this, we were able to immediately pull Citizen 1348B off the street. We did not give him a trial, and he never received the chance to contact someone on the outside world.”
