Modern Day Heroes: James Devalon, Lindsay Payer and her medical team, Vernon Coleman

Earning Admiration and Respect (pt. 1)

Along with exposing lies, corruption and hypocrisy on this website, I also think it’s necessary to address the opposite side of the spectrum. The people who stand up for what they believe in, who tell the truth, and who truly care about people.

We can’t forget that there are still people doing the right thing, and that they are fighting for our rights, freedom and our safety.

In the first part of this series, we take a look at three people that deserve incredible recognition for their compassion and their bravery in coming forward to question the science/medical community and the vaccine narrative.

1. James Devalon (CNA at a Nursing Home and Volunteer Lay Pastor)

James Devalon gives an emotional and heartfelt plea urging others who know about the suspicious activity going on in hospitals and nursing homes around the world to speak up about the strange deaths occurring to those who have received the covid vaccine.

The video above is heartbreaking, as James realizes that what’s expected of him is to just remain silent and submissive as he watches the elderly patients who he has cared for for years start dying soon after they receive the vaccine. (The video is also available in the below link in case it gets removed from youtube.)

CNA Nursing Home Whistleblower: Seniors Are DYING LIKE FLIES After COVID Injections! SPEAK OUT!!!

As a volunteer lay pastor and a caring soul in general, he expresses his worries about not only the health establishment not addressing these concerns, but also the hurt he’s experiencing seeing the innocent lives around him suffering from the devastating effect that the vaccine is causing them.

We need more people like him who aren’t going to just shrug their shoulders and say, “Oh well. It’s part of my job.” He knows he is risking his career, and he doesn’t care; because to him, the lives of these people are worth more to him. If we all had the same conviction and compassion, it would be impossible for the corrupt industries to get their way. All it takes are brave, caring souls to say ‘no’ and not participate.

Are you going to be part of the problem?
Or part of the solution?
"For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?"
Mark 8:36

2. Lindsay Payer (Coffey County Health Department Administrator) and Her Staff

Although it is expected of nurses to administer vaccines, flu shots, etc., etc., Lindsay Payer and the staff on her team have made the brave decision, based on sound reasoning and concerns for the public health, that they will hold off on personally vaccinating anyone at this time, at least until more concrete evidence comes out that this experimental vaccine is safe.

“I will tell you we will have to contract staff outside of our staff to give that vaccine because my staff is not comfortable with that,” Payer told commissioners at their January 4th meeting. “It’s a new technology. We’ve never seen it before. It was only studied in 45 people before it was approved, and the companies that have made the vaccine they don’t have to … all liability is gone from them. So, if there’s anything bad about the vaccine it doesn’t go back to them. That’s widely known, and it’s somewhat discomforting to a nurse who has to put that in people’s bodies. So, we will find nurses that are willing to do that. I am not. My staff is not at this time.”

Coffey County Health Department nurses decline to give the COVID vaccine

Additional comments from Payer expand upon her and her team’s unwillingness to expose the citizens to this uncertain vaccine, and instead stick to their values that they wish to maintain their integrity and trust in the public eye.

“Health departments across the state are considered vaccination experts,” Payer said in the phone call with 13 News. “We know the length of time needed to develop a good vaccine, and the study that goes into it. We did not make this decision lightly. We made this decision using the information that we have. We want to maintain our integrity. Nurses have been known to be the most trusted profession, and we want to maintain that trust. We want the public to make the best decision for them.”

Coffey County Health Department nurses decline to give the COVID vaccine

Their reluctance to test subject the public to this rushed experiment is a testament to their promise to uphold the Hippocratic Oath: “I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm.” Since there is still little information about the vaccine and people’s responses to it (especially any long-term effects and especially when the media giants are suppressing information to begin with…), their hesitancy to administer it exemplifies the care and foresight to protect the people from unknown, untested vaccines from possible detrimental effects.

If only more administrators and nurses would speak out and follow logical reasoning instead of automatically adhering to senseless “rules” and “guidelines” by so-called experts and leading politicians – who, by the way, could also stand up to ridiculous orders wherever it’s coming from…(More than 9,000 COVID-19 patients were released to NY nursing homes: report), it would make for a better outcome than to simply fall in line with unnecessary mandates.

Kudos to this lady and her team for sticking to their beliefs and having the moral ethics to think of the people first instead of shady medical practices.

3. Dr. Vernon Coleman (General Practitioner and International Best-Selling Author)

With a wonderfully sharp and sarcastic wit, Dr. Vernon Coleman tackles many subjects about not only the questionable covid vaccine, but also mentions the corrupt government agencies and individuals who are suspected of being the perpetrators of a wicked conspiracy. He does this not only while displaying his aversion to tptsb, but also manages to accompany that with a devout sincerity to humankind’s plight.

Holding nothing back, Dr. Coleman unabashedly gives his opinion, calling out depravity and injustices when he sees them.

Dr. Vernon Coleman: How Many People Are The Vaccines Killing?

Dr. Vernon Coleman | “Old Man in a Chair” (many videos available)

While the topics that Dr. Coleman covers is of a serious matter, he manages to appeal to the common sense rhetoric that shouldn’t need to be said, but undoubtedly has to in some cases to wake up the masses with so many blinded and misled; and he does so with pointed clarity and a poignant, yet solemn humor.

I highly recommend checking out his videos.

More information about Vernon Coleman and also his writings can be found here: Vernon Coleman – Author, columnist & leading campaigning journalist

A huge thank you to Dr. Coleman for speaking out against these egregious schemes.

These are brave, concerned citizens reaching out to the population to open their eyes and look at the bigger picture of what’s going on. If we believe that everything is kosher and that this vaccine is only for the betterment of humankind, I feel we are in for a very rude-awakening. Thankfully, not all people are lost and they have the common sense to see behind the narrative, and the decency to alert people to what they have experienced and know.

These are the people who deserve respect and esteemed recognition. Not corrupt government officials or medical “professionals” deemed “leading experts” BY the corrupt government officials; and certainly not all the yes-men (and yes-women… and everyone in between, if you get my drift…) that simply follow the narrative even though they know it’s wrong.

I want to give a personal, heartfelt thank you to everyone standing up for these injustices and corruption, and having the conscious fortitude to stay strong even in the line of what seems to be the majority and risking ridicule and scorn from the immoral establishment.

I also want to give thanks and credit to the following links for covering these subjects in detail, and give them high accolades for not shying away from these topics even though the msm and social media giants have attacked anyone who has dared to try to unravel the truth of this strange agenda.

(Although there are many independent websites, bloggers, reporters etc. who are addressing these matters, the below links are what is covered in this post and who are repeatedly covering this important information to unravel these strange events. Thank you to every website who is offering honest and upfront material instead of spreading the propaganda and biased narrative of the msm and their partners.)

Thank you for your reporting and coverage!

If you know of others who are deserving of some recognition for their honesty, kindness, bravery, etc., please contact me and let me know who you’d like me to feature. It can range from anything from compassionate teachers, to whistleblowing doctors/nurses, to honest journalists, and beyond. I’d like to highlight more people who have integrity and are doing the right thing, than to just focus on the corruption and negativity of others.

We have role models in this world, and they deserve to be seen and heard.

Thank you so much, and please share.

Why I Believe, What I Believe - Personal Experiences.
Is God calling out to you? | If not, are you SURE? - And if so, are you heeding His call?
Is Unconditional Love Enabling “Wrong” Behavior? - Can we be loving, yet judge at the same time?
Are you in Control of Your Thoughts? - Or do your thoughts control you?
Welcome to the New Year Welcome to 2021 - Have any New Year's resolutions?
The Importance of Raising Vibrations - And why you should try it.
Beautiful divine looking sky with light beams shining down on the world. Why is Love so Important? - Imagine a world with, and without Love. What do you see?

Does the World Seem to Hate You?

If so, you may be on the right track.

Does it seem like the world has suddenly flipped upside down and everything you thought was “right” and “moral” is now being labeled as “white privilege/supremacy”, “hate speech”, “conspiracy theories”, “inciting violence”, “misinformation”, etc.?

You’re not alone.

Although “the world” may try and lead you to feel that way.

It’s fascinating. Because this is exactly what Jesus warns us about.

17 This is my command: Love each other. 18 “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.
John 15:17-19

This is fascinating to me, because it does imply a separation from those who belong to Jesus, and those who belong to the world. And who is ruler of the world…?

31 Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out. 32 And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.”
John 12:31-32

The Bible defines the ruler of this world as satan. So if the world hates you, one can infer that it is the followers of satan (even if these people don’t realize that they are following satan – if they pride themselves on their financial wealth, their possessions, how many likes/followers/fans they have, their looks, their career, etc. – then they are “of the world” – and therefore followers of satan – I don’t mean to be blunt, but this is what I’ve gathered from various sources/research) that hate you. Some are fully aware that they are followers of satan/the world, and have no bones about it. But I truly believe that some people are unaware of it and are unknowingly being led astray.

Now, on the other hand, if you don’t really care about fame, fortune, prestige, etc. and instead care about integrity, honesty, kindness, compassion… then you are followers of Jesus; again, even if you don’t realize it. And it is impossible to fool God. He knows what’s in your heart. So if the first thing you think about when you wake up is of a “worldly” matter, then you are following the wrong path. On the other hand, if you often think about positivity, kindness, love and forgiveness – then you are closer to the “Christ consciousness” and going farther from the ideations of the world. The big thing, again, is to realize that God knows what’s in your heart and if you are truly a good person, even if you may idolize some of the creations “of the world”. If you have any inkling that this is resonating with you, then it very well may be that God/Jesus is calling you out of this world. (And you will be hated for it – by those of this world.)

Now we have to ask ourselves, even if we don’t believe in the Bible, even if we think the tale of Jesus is just that, a myth based on story-telling, we have to ask ourselves, if it is true, why would a certain group of people hold so much animosity towards a person or group who was simply teaching others to be kind, loving and compassionate towards one another, and/or teaching them to do the right thing and have integrity and who remain steadfast in their core values (some even based on “science”, moral ethics and facts)? Even if it was “just a fairy-tale”, you cannot tell me that there are not modern day versions of this very same thing happening today.

Those who are speaking out against what they feel is immoral or questionable is quickly being silenced and censored. If certain people don’t agree with a certain narrative, the media and like-minded people are primed and ready to jump on the lynching band-wagon. These very same people hold many similarities to the mobs who voted for Jesus’s crucifixion. The elders and priests were able to convince the crowd to release a murderer (ironically also called Jesus (Barrabas)) – instead of Jesus Christ, who did no wrong. This crowd was then “incited to violence”, demanding Jesus’s crucifixion.

19 While Pilate was sitting on the judge’s seat, his wife sent him this message: “Don’t have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him.”
20 But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and to have Jesus executed.
21 “Which of the two do you want me to release to you?” asked the governor.
“Barabbas,” they answered.
22 “What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called the Messiah?” Pilate asked.
They all answered, “Crucify him!”
23 “Why? What crime has he committed?” asked Pilate.
But they shouted all the louder, “Crucify him!”
24 When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. “I am innocent of this man’s blood,” he said. “It is your responsibility!”
25 All the people answered, “His blood is on us and on our children!”
26 Then he released Barabbas to them. But he had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.
Matthew 27:19-26

Why were these priests/elders/rulers so dead set against Jesus Christ? It’s because Jesus Christ stood for everything they didn’t. They wanted their sinful freedom and didn’t appreciate Jesus Christ calling them out for their wickedness. These people were followers of their god, and not The God, although they deceived others into thinking they did. They and the people of the crowd found themselves more in common with the murderer Barbarras, which is why they’d rather save him than Jesus, which they knew would continue to give them a bad image, since it was extremely hard to put away their pride and desires and follow in His footsteps. They’d rather do away with Him and continue to live guilt-free in their sin.

Now there is another verse that I want to address in addition to everything that’s been going, especially as of late, and that is:

20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and shrewd in their own sight!
Isaiah 5:20-21

Does this remind you of anything happening lately when addressing pretty much anything of a political/religious nature? And even if intentions were not based on anything political but merely one’s opinion, it is still drowned in and accused of political and (extremely in the last few months) racial overtones. Even when it doesn’t make sense!

Then we have the blatant disregard for protecting innocent lives and instead, corrupt officials are protecting the depraved perpetrators instead.

In my opinion, there’s no doubt that we are seeing the very things that the Bible foretold would happen taking place in today’s time. Going back to the earlier verse where certain people will call “evil good and good evil” and this one:

1 Then I said,
“Listen, you leaders of Jacob, you rulers of Israel. Should you not embrace justice,
2 you who hate good and love evil;
...
9 Hear this, you leaders of Jacob, you rulers of Israel, who despise justice and distort all that is right;
Micah 3:1-2 / 3:9

People may want to deny it; people may want to say, ‘rules and social norms are changing to be more inclusive, more tolerant, more compassionate’, but I submit to you that this is exactly the deceiving corruption that the Bible warns us about. There were certain immorality issues that were normally opposed and questioned about the ethic and natural ramifications that would be brought about if we continued down this path by the Vatican itself, a once powerhouse on religious tradition. Who have now changed their stance on several things, even the very practices that their religion was built upon.

Vatican corruption and conforming to the world?

Abortion

(May 2019) On the subject of abortion, the Pope says, he always asks two very clear questions: “Is it fair to eliminate a human life in order to solve a problem?”. The answer to which is: no. “Second question: is it fair to pay a sniper to solve a problem? No. Abortion is not a religious problem in the sense that just because I am Catholic I must not seek an abortion. It is a human problem”, says Pope Francis. “It is a problem of eliminating a human life. Period”.

(December 2020) The Vatican concluded that “it is morally acceptable to receive COVID-19 vaccines that have used cell lines from aborted fetuses” in the research and production process when “ethically irreproachable” vaccines aren’t available to the public. But it stressed that the “licit” uses of such vaccines “does not and should not in any way imply that there is a moral endorsement of the use of cell lines proceeding from aborted fetuses.”

Homosexuality

(2003) Under the direction of Pope John Paul II, the Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in 2003 had stated that “respect for homosexual persons” was not “approval of homosexual behavior” or “legal recognition of homosexual unions,” the agency said.

Legal recognition of homosexual unions or placing them on the same level as marriage would mean not only the approval of deviant behavior … but would also obscure basic values which belong to the common inheritance of humanity,” the doctrine said, according to CNA.

(2010) Pope Francis opposed efforts to legalize same-sex marriage in 2010 while he was archbishop of Buenos Aires, and has only been “circumspect” in his support of civil unions, CNA noted.

(October 2020) Pope Francis has spoken up in defense of homosexual families and called for civil union laws for same-sex couples — a major shift from both his own and the Vatican’s position on the matter.

“Homosexuals have a right to be a part of the family. They’re children of God and have a right to a family,” the pontiff says in a new documentary, “Francesco,” according to the Catholic News Agency (CNA).

What we have to create is a civil union law. That way they are legally covered,” the pope said. “I stood up for that.

Changing Traditional Prayer

Original Lord’s prayer states: “lead us not into temptation”

Original Gloria passage states: “Peace on Earth to people of good will”

(June 2019) Against the judgement of numerous outspoken traditional Catholics, Pope Francis decided to officially changed the wording of the Lord’s prayer. In Matthew 6:13, instead of it reading “lead us not into temptation” it will now be “do not let us fall into temptation.

In Gloria, the passage will change from “Peace on earth to people of good will” to “Peace on Earth to people beloved by God.”

Pope Francis’ Controversial Break from Tradition: Why Did He Change the Lord’s Prayer?

Sex Abuse Coverup

(2018) In spite of knowing about former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick’s sexual assaults, Pope Francis lifted sanctions from him that had been imposed by Pope Benedict.

LifeSiteNews is reporting that Abp. Carlo Maria Viganò, former papal nuncio to the United States, has written an 11-page statement testifying that Pope Francis was aware of McCarrick’s homosexual predation but “continued to cover him,” even making him “his trusted counselor” in naming bishops for appointment, including Cdl. Joseph Tobin of Newark, New Jersey (McCarrick’s former diocese) and Cdl. Blase Cupich of Chicago, Illinois.

“In this extremely dramatic moment for the universal Church, he [Pope Francis] must acknowledge his mistakes and, in keeping with the proclaimed principle of zero tolerance, Pope Francis must be the first to set a good example for cardinals and bishops who covered up McCarrick’s abuses and resign along with all of them,” Viganò writes.

Pope Francis Knew About McCarrick, Covered for His Sexual Crimes

(2019) In his first direct comments about the case of former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, Pope Francis said that “about McCarrick I knew nothing, obviously, nothing, nothing.

“I said it many times, I knew nothing, no idea,” Francis said in an interview with Mexican journalist Valentina Alazraki.

Speaking about the allegation made by Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, who claimed last August that he had told the pope about Vatican-imposed restrictions against the former Archbishop of Washington, Francis said that “I don’t remember if he told me about this. If it’s true or not. No idea! But you know that about McCarrick, I knew nothing. If not, I wouldn’t have remained quiet, right?

In new interview, Pope Francis says he ‘knew nothing’ about McCarrick

Financial Scandal

(1942 / 2013 / 2016) Financial scandal at the Vatican is nothing new. The Vatican’s official bank has faced repeated crises since it was founded in 1942, and the bank itself was created to curtail fiscal irregularity.

But when Pope Francis was elected in 2013, it was with a mandate to clean up finances. His efforts began well: The pope regularized accounting procedures, committed to European anti-corruption standards, and by 2016, the Vatican had contracted the global accounting giant PriceWaterhouseCoopers to conduct the first serious external audit in its history.

But the pope’s reform project was stymied at every turn by seasoned Vatican bureaucrats with more influence and support than the group tasked with reforming their bureaucracy. A powerful Vatican official, Archbishop Giovanni Becciu, unilaterally canceled the planned audit in April 2016. The next year, the Vatican’s auditor-general was forced out, allegedly after he discovered financial improprieties on the part of his superiors.

The Vatican’s new corruption scandal

(November 2019) Pope Francis admitted there is financial corruption in the Vatican, describing it as a “scandal” on Tuesday. The pope’s statement marked the first time he has acknowledged corruption in Vatican finances.

There is corruption, it’s clear. With the interrogations we will see if they are guilty or not. It is an ugly thing, it’s not nice for this to happen in the Vatican,” Francis said during an in-flight press conference on the way back from Japan.

The pope told reporters that there was a Vatican investigation underway into the allegedly fraudulent use of the Peter’s Pence, the pope’s charity fund, to buy a luxury property in central London. The pope has previously said that such a purchase is not necessarily a misuse of charity funds.

What happened, happened: a scandal. They did things that do not seem clean,” the pope said.

Pope Francis: ‘There is corruption in the Vatican’

Does it seem like even the Vatican is conforming to the “rules of the world”? (Or, perhaps, is “the world” conforming to the Vatican’s new, controversial mandates and following their lead on who to pardon? Who is ruling who, here?)

2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 12:2

So when the whole world opposes your views, your opinions, your beliefs, will you cave in to demand and conform? Or will you continue to stand for what you believe in and resign to being hated by those “of the world”? Are you okay knowing, even though you’re trying to be a better person, that the whole world will shun you and uprise against you? Do you have the courage to refuse to follow the demands of an ever-changing, and growing morally corrupt world?

9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.
10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other,
11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.
12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,
13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Matthew 24:9-14

Welcome to 2021

Have any New Year’s resolutions?

With the New Year upon us, and what can probably be agreed upon as 2020 being a most crazy year, what with all the drama and uncertainty surrounding our current state of events and all the political discourse, on top of everything else that has happened, it would be nice if we all, collectively, concentrate and practice our own energy at creating a unanimously better, sweeter, kinder, peaceful new year (and beyond, at that).

Throughout this site, I’ve tried to categorize my posts with “Crystal Clear Learning” and “Get an Earful”, at least until I add a few more. (I also have a category devoted to studying the Bible, which I call “Earnest Examination”, but have not yet set it up at the time of this writing, although there are a few chapters available.)

Negativity Vs. Positivity

To get a better understanding of what can arguably be two conflicting idea sets, and to reiterate what I’ve found while researching, it’s interesting to realize that, according to the studies, people tend to focus more on the negative aspect of things. Now, while I wouldn’t necessarily label the “Get an Earful” series as “negative”, but instead more of an informative nature, the facts remain that most of the material in this category is of a negative connotation.

While it’s meant to inform the reader as to some of the strange, suspicious, and outright corrupt events happening in our world, there can be no doubt that it is filled with “negative” overtones. While the information is important, I think it would be beneficial for us to be knowledgeable about it, aware of it, take action against what we feel isn’t right, but do not dwell on it and focus all your energy onto it. This could lead into a downward spiral into where one loses hope and give in to depression and/or gives up completely.

The “Crystal Clear Learning” series, on the other hand, is meant to focus on what IS the most important factor in the universe. Even though it might seem that we are surrounded by “evil” and corruption, we must realize that MOST of us are not like that, and even if we were, then that is not who we are at the core, and that our “Higher Self”, our consciousness, knows better, and we are all on the same path, learning and growing at our own pace. When we can rise above all the negativity, all the hate, division, anger, pride, etc., is when we really start learning what the world is about.

In the Crystal Clear Learning series, I emphasize that Love and Forgiveness are the keys that will allow ourselves and the world to heal. I’ve made it a point to not just focus on the negative aspect of things and consciously post regularly about higher states of awareness and being. It is enlightening and encouraging, to say the least, when one realizes how much others are being awakened to the state of the world and the steps needed to raise our consciousness and vibrations. Although it seems we still have a long way to go, the fact of the matter is that with everyone slowly waking up (or even if they’re “completely asleep”) we can help the world realize this even further simply by spreading kindness and compassion, and being aware of our own thoughts and actions.

Focus on Positivity and Kindness

That brings me to, what can we do to help this New Year be the path forward to help humanity step up and realize that we’re all in this together and that our energies should be focused on love and compassion instead of negativity and fear?

There are many things we can participate in (or not, depending on the situation…), and I will list some of them below. It is my goal to do as many of these things as I can, to help raise not only my own vibrations/energy, but that of the world as well.

There is also additional advice on my E.A.R. Statement page that I believe would be beneficial in opening our eyes to situations around us.
I also encourage you to make your own list of things you’d like to do (or refrain from, in some cases) in order to try and better our own situation, well-being and that of others and the environment.

    • Donate unused/unwanted items. Or simply donate to help someone in need. Whether it be clothes, blankets, toys, food, etc.
    • Take a day here and there to help reduce litter in an area you know is over burdened with trash. Make a clean-up day with your family/friends/co-workers.
    • Practice patience and tolerance, and random acts of kindness. Simply letting someone in front of you in a checkout line can do wonders at spreading positivity.
    • If you have children, teach them love and compassion, instead of encouraging entitlement or privilege. We are ALL deserving of love and understanding, no matter what background we come from.
    • Speaking of children, spend time with them. Let them know that you’re there for them. Listen to them and care for them. Likewise, on the other side of the spectrum, spend time with your parents. You never know how much longer you’ll have with those in your life.
    • That brings me to, if there are unresolved issues, no matter the relationship (family/spouse/ex/friend/co-worker/etc.), although it can be extremely hard and incomprehensible sometimes depending on the situation, please find it in your heart to forgive them. This isn’t accepting their behavior towards you, but it is to heal your own heart and clearing the toxic cycle and the negative energy.
    • Be tolerant of others. There is so much condemnation and animosity simply for having opposing points of views, but if we take the time to realize that we’re all different and have lived (and suffered, in some cases) through different lifestyles and backgrounds, we might have more understanding and sympathy for other’s decisions. Don’t judge or criticize them because they agree or don’t agree with a particular outlook.
    • No matter your situation or profession, if there are extreme mandates that you know is not right, do not participate. Be brave and do the right thing. Stand up for yourself and others.
    • Be informed and proactive. Instead of reacting to harsh, terrible news and letting our emotions get in the way and leading us to rash, abrupt outbursts or decisions, always research the truth of the matter – and focus on ways that we can actively change the situation into one for the better.
    • Donate your time. It’s often easier to donate money or items than it is one’s time, since time is undoubtedly extremely valuable and harder to lend, in some instances. Spend time volunteering at a nursing home or foster care, etc. (If allowed during this “pandemic”…)
    • Try to reduce meat intake. Introduce more healthy options in its place. Kinder on the animals, and your body. (And it’s been theorized that it helps raise your vibrations as well.)
    • And it should go without saying, but like the suggestion above, we should be aware that animals do indeed have feelings. It’s not only important to treat each other with kindness, but those of animals (and even plants) as well.
    • Speaking of plants, try planting a garden, trees or flowers or the like. Spread the green and take note that if it weren’t for plants, we wouldn’t even be alive.
    • Take a few minutes of each day, or even hours if you can allow it, simply sitting in peace and/or doing something you enjoy (obviously as long as it’s not hurting others…).
    • Think positively. Be aware that your thoughts, whether you realize it or not, is creating energy and perhaps the very reality that you live in.
    • Smile. Simply smiling can lift one’s mood, and, bonus, it helps other people’s moods as well.
Be forgiving. Not only for others but also for yourself.

No one’s going to be perfect and we’re all going to make “mistakes”. But the key thing to learn is to not beat yourself over something that went wrong, in your mind, and instead, focus on forgiving yourself (and others) and just strive to do better next time. We’re all in this together – growing, learning, developing.

Even on this site, I have moments where I let my sarcasm and feisty-ness shine through, and some posts undoubtedly show frustration, but the core message stays the same. While I may indulge in a little bit of negativity to spread awareness, I also try my best to give others hope and spread the other, more important awareness. That we all can make a difference. And it starts with us as an individual. Accepting others as individuals. And loving them all the same.

Hope You All Have A Great New Year
