Creating Our Own Reality

Do we allow evil to run rampant in the world?

I have heard it multiple times, that the reason evil is allowed to run rampant in the world is because “they” disclose this information to us through movies, shows, music videos, games, etc. – and “we” allow it; by not caring, not doing anything about it, not objecting, or what have you.

There’s many terms people have used for this type of manipulation:

predictive programming“Predictive programming is a subtle form of psychological conditioning provided by the media to acquaint the public with planned societal changes to be implemented by TPTB.

If and when these changes are put through, the public will already be familiarized with them and will accept them as ‘natural progressions’, as Alan Watt (*) calls it; thus lessening any possible public resistance and commotion.

Predictive programming therefore may be considered as a veiled form of preemptive mass manipulation or mind control”The Conditioning of Humans

soft/hard disclosure
disclosure: “The act or process of revealing or uncovering. / Something uncovered; a revelation.”
hard disclosure: revealing information that is directly told to the public without any pretense – could be through official documents, FOIAs, press hearings, etc.
soft disclosure: information that is hidden within different avenues – (ex.) through the media, fiction books, symbols, subliminal messages, etc. that hints at its existence.

social conditioning“The sociological process of training individuals in a society to act in a way that’s broadly approved by the society and various peer groups.

The result is a set of given social patterns and structures in society. In fact, a lot of our beliefs, customs, etiquette and mannerisms come from social conditioning.”Social Conditioning Quotes: Thoughts on How to Escape the Matrix

or any other number of terms indicating that these evil masterminds have indeed “told us” their plan, and by the people continuing to go about their normal, everyday lives, that is somehow giving them permission to green light their plan.

Well, I’m not sorry to say, but that is absolutely ridiculous and in no way does it give permission to carry out their heinous deeds.

Of course, even if this is true, then these people who “disclose” their plans do so in such a convoluted manner to imply that whoever does believe it to be true is a crazy conspiracy theorist, a delusional paranoid, dangerous terrorist, schizophrenic dissenter, etc., etc., etc.

They’ve set up a twisted system that even if their esoteric laws demands that they reveal to the public their diabolical agendas, no one would believe them and these normal citizens would continue on with their life none the wiser. This, in no way, is the public “allowing” them to go through with whatever hellish plans they’ve decided to unleash upon the world.

And let me add by saying, no matter what other people believe or don’t believe, no matter what these corrupt industries are doing or have been doing, I DO NOT CONSENT.

I DO NOT CONSENT in these evil corporations running their human/child trafficking rings.

(I have not watched the documentary ‘Eyes of the Devil’ by Patryk Vega. I have only read the description of what it is about, and that alone is heart-wrenching and sickening enough. It is currently available on bitchute. Search and watch it at your own risk…)

I DO NOT CONSENT in any satanic/luciferian/aleister crowleyian/ANY rituals that harm/subjugate/torture/kill/etc. ANY life whatsoever.

I DO NOT CONSENT to being treated like cattle who needs to be tagged and traced and every move dictated by these power-hungry individuals/corporations.

I could go on and on, but the bottom line is, I have not, and will not, give my permission for all of these corrupted establishments to continue blind-siding human beings and giving us the lame excuse that we have somehow allowed it. I DON’T allow it, I DON’T give them permission, I DON’T accept it, and this is me now saying that my will is that this whole planet will wake up to these insane sounding agendas, start working on our own spiritual development (and therefore the whole world), and build a better future for every living creature on this planet.

I know the notion of a Higher Power, a Supreme Being, a universal Creator, etc. may be lost on some people, but I have to admit, it’s fascinating when even some of the most famous of scientists (“trust the science”, right?) believe in God or a creator entity. Some of their conclusions even stem from their research into this mysterious universe, and their findings ultimately end up pointing them in the direction of a divine universal consciousness or Higher Power.

Of course, this isn’t to imply that other scientists don’t come to the exact opposite conclusion; that there is no God. But to have actual philosophers, researchers, scientists, doctors, etc. – one of whose main ideology is based upon studies and facts, come to the realization that there is a mysterious force within the universe, is incredibly insightful and extremely compelling. For others to automatically denounce the metaphysical realm simply because we cannot “scientifically measure it” (yet?), is missing the whole point of metaphysics to begin with.

(Then, on the flip side, it’s very uncanny that a lot of those in high, official positions seem to worship an entirely different entity… – 4 Videos Of Politicians Confronted About Bohemian Grove That Make You Say WTF – just one example, out of many)

Now, whether we, as a collective whole, choose to continue to ignore these agendas being laid out for us to “see” and in their law, gives them the right to continue their insidious actions of terror against life and spirit – or whether we finally “WAKE UP” and refuse to give them this permission by standing up to them and announcing that, “NO. We will not be a part of this terrible scheme.” remains to be seen.

But I, for one, and I’m sure PLENTY OF OTHERS, are waking up to this reality and in so doing, we must realize that if they believe they can continue on with no repercussions because the blind don’t see it, then by us bringing this darkness to light, we can then begin to counteract this belief by our own that there is indeed a righteous God, and He will pass the final judgment upon them (not only them – all of us). And I pray every single day that He comes soon.

3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus’ sake.
6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 4:3-6

“They” know this, yet they remain in their stubborn and rebellious hardened-heart state, and who allows that? They do. They allow their own demise. And unless they repent and truly seek forgiveness and turn back from their wicked ways, then nothing else will be able to save them. They will be lost to the darkness that they so love, because they don’t know the true horrors that will come with it until it’s too late.

And this, I DO ALLOW.

I believe in Love and Forgiveness, with my whole heart, although I am still struggling with certain aspects of it, but to “allow” evil to run rampant because of the dichotomy of Love and Forgiveness is, at least to me, against the Divine Wisdom set up by the Holy Heavens. Whatever They decide to do to each person’s soul/spirit depending on the state of their heart, will give these evil-inclined souls a glimpse into the “reap what they sow” doctrine. To give these corrupted individuals a clean slate through the forgiveness/karmic debt is ultimately not allowing them to learn their spiritual lesson through their actions.

This is my belief, and my reality. And while I may have failed the “Forgiveness” test set forth for me, I trust in God to lead the way and bring me to the Truth and the Light so that I can expand upon this understanding and help others to grow as well.

My reality, is that we ALL wake up to who we truly are; but, to not infringe upon those that wish to stay blind and remain in the dark, that those who have chosen to open their eyes and work on their spiritual development will be able to leave this current reality, and start building our own. Where people can be truly happy and blessed and not have to worry about evil corruption ruining humankind. Those that choose to remain behind, will be in their own sordid reality that they chose for themselves.

But I honestly pray for them, too. That they will come out of the darkness.

2 The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shined.
Isaiah 9:2

Fact checking is extremely important. I want to reiterate not to take everything at face value; no matter what you read, where you read it from, or who you hear it from. And to be clear, do not rely on “fact checking” websites to give you accurate information either. These are just as likely, (if not even more likely…), to feed false information and false debunking accounts to manipulate the reader. Please take everything into consideration before adhering to a certain narrative – and always keep your mind open to other possibilities.

Genesis 11: The Tower of Babel

Earnest Examination

This series is presented as an honest, sincere look into the study of the Bible with my own personal theories, opinions, comments and that of others’ insights and research into what the verses could mean. I cannot claim one way or another that everything that I am stating is fact and the true meaning of what is meant in these verses.

To lay it out in a way that I can manage, I have highlighted the texts of verses that I either don’t understand or have a comment or question about in yellow. And the comments I’ve left beneath it will be of a smaller font and using brown text.

I would love it if you’d join me in this journey and if you have any insights and/or knowledge of these chapters/verses etc., please feel free to share with me and the other readers. Any chance to get a clearer understanding of the Bible and Jesus Christ would be welcomed with open arms.

I have decided to ultimately use the NKJV version instead of the NIV (the translations from Genesis 1-10 that I used were all from NIV. Posts Genesis 11 and beyond will use NKJV).

Version used is from biblestudytools.com (NKJV) Genesis 11

1 Now the whole earth had one language and one speech.
2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar, and they dwelt there.

From these couple of verses, it makes it seem like the whole world is gathered in this one place. Did all of Noah’s descendants stay together and not branch out? Were there perhaps descendants that decided to travel outwards away from their extended family? Or did they truly all stick together this whole time?

I also want to bring up the strong parallels to the biblical story of the flood and the Tower of Babel account, to that of the Sumerian history. While doing research into the biblical flood and the history of mankind, including the Tower of Babel, the mention of the Sumerians came up several times. There can honestly be no doubt that there is something to this “myth” when it ties so closely to the Christianity beliefs. Some scholars believe that Christianity is actually a mesh of different religions, myths, pagan practices, etc. all mixed into one to appease the majority of people. Possibly as a result of the Roman Catholics/Constantine’s directive. Theoretically, perhaps because Jesus Christ was such a huge influence to people, the Romans felt as if they were in a losing battle to maintain their own tradition, thus adopted Christianity but still upheld their own rites and rituals.

I bring this up because I feel as if to really get a good understanding of the Bible, it’s necessary to address other sources that may lend credence and more information than what we are told. There are several “books” that have not been canonized, so may have been intentionally left out of the Bible; and in order to find out why, it’s prudent to study them as well.
3 Then they said to one another, “Come, let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They had brick for stone, and they had asphalt for mortar.
4 And they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.”
And here we see “man’s” efforts to be like God and claim a place for themselves in the Heavens. If you’ve read my post on the theory of a dome/firmament, the efforts to go into the heavens, I believe, is now another way to say “into outer space” – as NASA and their partners are trying to conduct.

It is interesting to me that while the ancient civilizations had a direct line with God, there are still those who would defy Him. Why? Apparently they already know of His power and magnitude, yet there is still that arrogance and hubris to think that they can be like Him. (Could it be because the ancestors really did fall from Heaven (fallen angels) and now they want to reclaim their place in the sky? And these descendants (nephilim?, and/or prideful human beings) are hell heaven-bent on this mission to restore what they believe is their birth-right?)
5 But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built.
But then we see this verse, which states “sons of men”… so does this mean that these people were 100% of human origin? Or could they have been coerced by a nephilim (namely, Nimrod/Gilgamesh) into building this tower to reach the heavens? And as many scholars have theorized, the tower may been a ziggurat that was indeed built in Shinar/Babylon. – Understanding Genesis 11: The Tower of Babel…and yet One More Genealogy
6 And the Lord said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them.
How accurate is this verse? Is it implying that human beings are capable of infiltrating to the heavens? And everything else their imagination can create? Or is this God merely stating it as a metaphor to meaning that human beings will construct items of various purposes that will have disastrous effects? If God is all-powerful and the creator of all, then the supposed point that humans can accomplish anything they set their mind to doesn’t make sense. If, however, it is more of a warning as to the state of the human condition, such as this deduction is proposing:

“A powerfully united humanity, inclined to do evil, could accomplish great wickedness. No matter how perverse, outrageous, or ridiculous something might seem, mankind can and will attempt it, given the opportunity. The following verse reveals that God has no plans to give humanity that kind of opening.”What does Genesis 11:6 mean?

then we can see where the danger lies to humanity itself. It is no secret that there are indeed some people who do seem to have wickedness in their heart all the time, and these are the very people that try and dictate control over the population. We can see it in many organizations, industries, businesses, etc. In today’s world, we can see that the vaccines are a heavily pushed, propagandized item onto the whole world. Is this a systematic way of trying to dominate and keep the population under control and at subservience? This is just a hypothetical suggestion, but seeing everything going on in the world, thoughts like these should be on everyone’s mind, instead of believing that multi-billionaire dollar companies have our best interest at heart.

With that being said, I have a hard time believing that “The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”Genesis 6:5

Perhaps during that time it was more true than I’d like to think it is. And currently, I’m sure this verse does apply to some parts of the population. However, while I cannot attest to anybody else’s feelings or what goes on in their heart or thoughts, I can speak for myself. I can speak knowing that God knows what’s inside my heart, and I have no fear of Him knowing. While I am not perfect, and not trying to speak out of haughtiness or boasting, I would like to offer up that the intentions of my heart are NOT only evil continually. While it may indeed be true for some, I know that it cannot be all of us, since my heart is looking to Love and Forgiveness, God and Jesus Christ. And I have faith that other people are on the same path.

7 Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.”
Again, and throughout various verses of scripture, we can see that God addresses others, whether they are his assembly of angels or other heavenly hosts. And “Us”, at least in this translation of the Bible, is capitalized. Which means that they are most likely of divine origin.

Here we see God’s plan to deter humanity’s mission at that time to reach the Heavens. By way of confusing their language. It’s very interesting that there was a specific plan in place to deliberately separate/segregate people in order to put their wicked plan to a halt. It begs the question, if God was able to do that to all the peoples, then what has been done since then to uproot more wicked plans that immoral groups have concocted? Are there more hidden things going on behind the scenes that have helped the lighter side of humanity, but yet we just don’t see it or understand it?
8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city.
While this certainly seemed to have benefited Heaven and its hosts, it generated animosity and hostility to the people of Earth towards one another. Since no one could understand a different nation and each one built upon their own customs and ‘cult’ure, it most certainly upset the whole humanity dynamic. While they may have worked together at one point (even if the ultimate goal was of a selfish motive), now each nation was driven against each other. Was this God’s plan all along?
9 Therefore its name is called Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.
It would be interesting to know how God did this. Was it from natural disasters, perhaps? Was the land on Earth one huge continent, and due to the Lord separating them, he merely divided up the land into separate islands/continents? I see a lot of conjecture from others that after the Lord confounded their language, the people naturally gathered together depending on like-language and set off as a group on their own. But this verse states that “the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth”. Not that the people took it upon themselves to do as a natural response to finding others with the same language. I find it fascinating that I cannot find many theories or studies into exactly how God accomplishes this. I see a lot of “whys”, but not many “hows”, and if there are, then it’s mostly assumptions that people scattered on their own based on their language. Which doesn’t seem to be the case when taking the verse in context.
I also wonder if the United Nations is attempting to re-unify these segregated peoples into a “New World Order” in yet again another direct opposition to God’s will – and perhaps attempt more rebellious acts to uphold their tradition… This is just speculation, of course, but further research into these organizations and their cohorts does not look to be a promising endeavor for the rest of humanity, and instead more of a dominion over the world by tptsb (who are probably the same kind of beings trying to reach the Heavens to begin with).

10 This is the genealogy of Shem: Shem was one hundred years old, and begot Arphaxad two years after the flood.
From here on, I cannot give much of a commentary, since many of these names I have not yet studied in depth. With further research and information gathering, I will be able to better flesh out these texts, but in the meantime I can only use it as a basis for a general genealogy line.
11 After he begot Arphaxad, Shem lived five hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
12 Arphaxad lived thirty-five years, and begot Salah.
13 After he begot Salah, Arphaxad lived four hundred and three years, and begot sons and daughters.
14 Salah lived thirty years, and begot Eber.
15 After he begot Eber, Salah lived four hundred and three years, and begot sons and daughters.
16 Eber lived thirty-four years, and begot Peleg.
17 After he begot Peleg, Eber lived four hundred and thirty years, and begot sons and daughters.
18 Peleg lived thirty years, and begot Reu.
19 After he begot Reu, Peleg lived two hundred and nine years, and begot sons and daughters.
20 Reu lived thirty-two years, and begot Serug.
21 After he begot Serug, Reu lived two hundred and seven years, and begot sons and daughters.
22 Serug lived thirty years, and begot Nahor.
23 After he begot Nahor, Serug lived two hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
24 Nahor lived twenty-nine years, and begot Terah.
25 After he begot Terah, Nahor lived one hundred and nineteen years, and begot sons and daughters.
26 Now Terah lived seventy years, and begot Abram, Nahor, and Haran.
27 This is the genealogy of Terah: Terah begot Abram, Nahor, and Haran. Haran begot Lot.
28 And Haran died before his father Terah in his native land, in Ur of the Chaldeans.
29 Then Abram and Nahor took wives: the name of Abram’s wife was Sarai, and the name of Nahor’s wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran the father of Milcah and the father of Iscah.
30 But Sarai was barren; she had no child.
31 And Terah took his son Abram and his grandson Lot, the son of Haran, and his daughter-in-law Sarai, his son Abram’s wife, and they went out with them from Ur of the Chaldeans to go to the land of Canaan; and they came to Haran and dwelt there.
The next chapter deals with this account more in detail, so I will wait before I comment anything further on this particular story.
32 So the days of Terah were two hundred and five years, and Terah died in Haran.

Once I research more and get a better feel of the biblical names and the genealogy of those listed in this chapter, I will have to come back to edit and fill in the spaces. As it is now, there was very limited information I could offer as to the lineage of Shem since I am unfamiliar with most of their names. With further bible study it will help to fill in those missing pieces.

As usual, I want to reiterate that some of my thoughts and theories may be way off base, and I also research some other things on the side as well to try and get a broader understanding of what I’m reading, so please bear with me, or, even better, if you have insights that bring more light to these verses, please let me know.

I enjoy bouncing off theories and theology off of each other and love to hear other people’s perspectives on things. Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you!

Genesis 2: Adam and Eve

Earnest Examination

To start, I’ve realized that I have never read the Bible front to back, and so would like to remedy that. On some of my posts, I quote from the Bible, which I feel is a little insincere if I’m not going to study the whole Bible. So this is my chance to get closer to the Word and really understand the book that I occasionally quote from.

Originally, I was going to start with the New Testament as a friend has advised me to do, since when I started on the Old Testament I kept getting hung up on what I saw at the time were contradictions, and baseless wickedness and corruption. It repelled me from the Bible. She mentioned that that is exactly why Jesus Christ came. To do away with the “old” ways and bring about a new, better way of living. Which is to love and care about one another. The reason the Old Testament is so important is so that we know the conditions of how the world used to be, before Jesus Christ arrived to show us a more peaceful and loving way to be.

Now that I feel I may have a better understanding of this, I am compelled to start from “The Beginning“, both literally and figuratively. After having attempted Matthew 3, I realize that I am constantly having the urge to go back through the Bible to check references and names, etc. Since my desire is to take this one step at a time and build upon the knowledge based upon the timeline laid out before us in the Bible, I have decided to revisit the time I tried to read the Bible front to back, and see if my old views still stand.

Make no mistake, I will still have questions and ponderings about why God decided to do the things He’s done (and of course more questions on top of that), but I have learned not to condemn or judge such actions since I do feel some things are beyond our understandings and it is not my place to judge. I will try my best to look at it from an unbiased and simply curious, thoughtful mind.

All verses used are from biblestudytools.com (NIV) Genesis 2
1 Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.
2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.
3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

I find it interesting that in the Christianity beliefs, this Holy Day is Sunday (which some scholars attribute to being from a pagan tradition – as in worshipping the sun). Yet in other religions, they observe the day as being on Saturday (also has its roots in paganism – the worship of Saturn) and even on Friday. When one chooses to attempt to look into these details about what day the true holy day is, it is met with a ton of references to pagan practices and mythology as well. Some hypothesize that the Bible is merely a retelling of ancient myths (Sumerian, Greek, Roman, Egyptian, etc.) with some alterations/additions.
To dig deep into the similarities and differences between all of these religious cultures would send you down a rabbit hole and, at least for me, leave me with more questions than answers. The only thing I can say for myself is to have faith and keep a good heart and to keep a relationship with God. I think as long as people are doing their best, God knows what’s in our hearts, and He is loving and forgiving. He knows that there is a lot of misleading and misinformation going on, but the key is to not give up and to keep searching and praying and work on our soul development. (at least in my beliefs)

Adam and Eve

4 This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created, when the LORD God made the earth and the heavens.
5 Now no shrub had yet appeared on the earth and no plant had yet sprung up, for the LORD God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no one to work the ground,
6 but streams came up from the earth and watered the whole surface of the ground.
7 Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

There are also interesting myths and re-tellings of the creation of man. It ranges from anywhere between the Blackfoot (Old Man) legend – which states that the first people were a woman and her son, created out of clay, to Norse mythology – the first man (Ask(r)) and woman (Embla) were created from tree trunks, and of course to the account that we have in the Christian doctrine, that man was first created out of the dust of the ground (or also clay) and that wo-man came from the “womb” of Adam, to many more different accounts. Some of which allege that we were born out of literal blood, sweat and tears from various beings.
8 Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.
It’s interesting that the debate over where Eden could possibly be, even with all the hints and directions from the Bible, is one where so many people disagree upon. As we can see in versus 10-14, we are given the specific names of the four rivers that were sprouted from the river in Eden. Now, this is not taking into account that throughout history, there has possibly been (and this is just me speculating and theorizing…) a very specific agenda in order to rename these rivers in order to throw people off as to the real location of where Eden is. Not only that, but there are also historically proven documentation that lends credence to different empires’ goals to try and change or even eliminate the Christian doctrine altogether. (I propose that this is still happening in today’s time, but I won’t get into that on this particular post.)
Supposing that nothing was changed and everything was legitimately named the same as it always was (very unlikely), then determining the location of Eden would be quite easy, I would assume. As it is, and with some speculating that the biblical flood wiped out and/or covered this location, one could surmise that this was God’s doing in order to protect this location from suspicious individuals, or one could come to the conclusion that the location was and has been known by a select few, and they are still guarding the secrets for either their own benefit, and/or to deprive others from finding it in order to discredit the Bible. Or a handful of other interesting theories.
Researchers are still looking for the location, and I have to send out a warning again to not just blindly believe what we are being told. I have mentioned in my last post (Blue Beam Project) that there is a possible agenda to “unearth” (literally) various “proof” that will undermine the words of the Bible. So please be discerning with any and all material set forth by scholars, experts, scientists, researchers, etc., etc.

9 The LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
From this verse I’ve come to the conclusion that both the tree of life and the tree of knowledge were practically right next to each other. Do we get a physical description of each tree? Other than that they were “pleasing to the eye”? I guess I’ll just have to keep reading to find out. I am not sure at this point. Although I do know that God specifically tells Adam not to eat from the tree of knowledge, but he does so willingly. So even if the trees were identical, Adam and Eve knew the difference anyway from knowingly taking it from the serpent.
10 A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters.
I could be way off base, but maybe this verse is alluding to these separated “headwaters” as being much larger than I originally anticipated. Perhaps it’s not the size of the rivers as we know it today, but much, much larger and covering a huge expanse that escapes most of us simply determining these bodies of waters as small rivers. And if the flood was as destructive as we are led to believe, perhaps the old rivers were also covered up by the floodwaters, making them even larger than we realized. I’m sure others have already come to this hypothesis, but it’s the first time I actually thought about it in detail as being a possibility.
11 The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold.
12 (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.)
13 The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush.
14 The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Ashur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

These are all oddly specific verses that definitely seem to be giving the reader a greater understanding of where this Garden is, so why is it still a mystery today unless it was specifically designed to be so? Am I speculating that the location of this Garden has already been known and suppressed by those in the know? Why, yes. Yes I am. I have other theories, of course, that I’m not sure the readers are quite ready for yet, so I will just keep encouraging people to please look into these things themselves and keep an open mind and heart. Again, whatever you find, even if you have doubts, I truly believe that if you trust and faith in doing what’s right and good, then you are on the right path.
15 The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.

God formed Adam from the dust of the Earth and then made the Garden of Eden, separate from where Adam was at the time, and then He put Adam into the Garden.
This begs the question, at least for me, how big was the Garden of Eden? How big was the space in which Adam occupied outside of the Garden? What timeframe from when God created Adam did God then decide to create this apparent paradise for Adam to live in?

16 And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;
17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”

There is a lot I can say here about God’s omniscience and humankind’s free will, but I will wait until later verses before I expand upon all of that. I also want to mention that some people have alluded to this “eat from the tree” as being a metaphor for simply choosing the “right path” vs. choosing the “wrong path”. It’s just fascinating to me that God presents all these wonderful, glorious trees – and then specifically two important trees right in the middle of the Garden, and gives Adam (and Eve) a choice. Again, I’m not going to get into free will vs. predetermination just yet, but it’s a guarantee that I will.
18 The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
19 Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.

I want to mention an interesting correlation between some people’s beliefs of a golem being created out of clay and coming to life. The Judeo-Christian belief that God Himself created the first golem out of clay, being Adam, of course. And some gnostic texts (that are widely excluded from the Bible) even reference Jesus Christ as a young boy, who created sparrows, for instance, out of clay and brought them to life. You can also read about the legend of Rabbi Löew, who, allegedly in 1580, created a golem in order “to spy on the Jews’ foes and shield them from persecution.”
20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals. But for Adam no suitable helper was found.
21 So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh.
22 Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

So before God made woman, He made all different types of animals and land and sea creatures to accompany the man, and when He saw that this was not sufficient enough, is when He made woman. My thought is, God himself wanted to create mankind in His own image – would He not expect man to want a companion of the same?
23 The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.”
24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.

I’m going to say this flat out, this verse confuses me. There was no “father” and “mother” as far as Adam and Eve is concerned, so why would this allude to being the reason why a mean leaves his parents? There were no such thing as children, no such thing as parents, no such thing as “family” whereas the first two human beings are concerned.
And if I’m going to be semantic about it, since Adam (man) was created first, and then woman from man, wouldn’t it make more sense for this verse to indicate that it is the woman who leaves her father and mother to be united with man? Woman, at least according to the Bible, is created for the sole purpose of being man’s companion. Not the other way around. I’m not saying I agree with this. Just that the context we’re presented with in these verses seem to allude to this. Do I just have this significantly backwards? Am I not understanding this correctly? Please someone point me in the right direction if this is grievously off course.

25 Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.

I think most of us are aware of in today’s society, the idea of nakedness is automatically conditioned within us to be associated with sex and/or the vulnerable state of being exposed. No longer are the thoughts simply pure and innocent, but by their eating of the tree of knowledge, somehow, this sense of naivete and virtue is lost and now they see the impurity and the embarrassment of exposing their body.

I want to reiterate that some of my thoughts and theories may be way off base, and I also research some other things on the side as well to try and get a broader understanding of what I’m reading, so please bear with me, or, even better, if you have insights that bring more light to these verses, please let me know.

I enjoy bouncing off theories and theology off of each other and love to hear other people’s perspectives on things. Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you!
