10 Legitimate Reasons People are Concerned About Getting the Vaccine Shot

Several Reasons Why People May Fear the Vaccine

This post isn’t meant to fear-monger or spread outrageous “baseless theories”. No, this is meant to inform people of the justifiable reasons why people would be apprehensive about taking this covid vaccine. (Not just this vaccine, mind you, but any shots.)

And, before anyone labels me as an “anti-vaxxer”, I am not. I just can recognize when certain things we’re being told, especially as it has been increasingly rampant lately, are not what they seem and while there are certainly good, honest, morally ethic scientists/researchers etc., there are unfortunately also those that would exploit that trust and do not have the benefits of humankind in mind.

1. Fake vaccine shots caught on camera:

What would definitely quelch any doubts from people who are wary about taking a vaccine?

How about we film a few healthcare workers/politicians on video taking these mystery vaccines? What could go wrong?

More examples for your viewing pleasure:

– Image of Sadiq Kahn (mayor of London) staring at what appears to be an uncapped syringe.
– Original image can be seen at @MayorofLondon. Unless, of course, it gets taken down

Now whether these people on the receiving end of the shots were fully aware of these mishaps or not, this does not deter from the fact that these were staged and/or deliberately falsified to give the viewer a semblance of trust in the vaccine.

And while the “leading authority” of fact-checking sources all over the world are so quick to point out, that doesn’t mean that these folks did not get the vaccine shot. “They just didn’t get a good enough picture so had to retake.” Or “We absolutely, honest-to-goodness, cross-my-heart-and-hope-to-die, made sure that they definitely received the vaccine after the cameras stopped rolling.” Or “The picture was obviously doctored.” (no pun intended)

2. The ineptitude (or sometimes outright callous attitude) of some doctors/nurses:

While I’m sure there are a high number of very professional and responsible doctors and nurses, the fact of the matter is that we’re all human and can make mistakes. (Some make more mistakes than others.) Now while this isn’t necessarily a reason to distrust all hospitals and the medical industry (there are plenty of other reasons for that as well…), we have to be aware that negligence does exist, and our lives are literally at the mercy of those medically (and psychologically) in charge of us.

Any number of mistakes can happen when confronted with an illness, disease, pain, etc.

The doctor may misdiagnose an illness.

The nurse/doctor may accidentally give you the wrong shot.

Incorrect surgery on the wrong limb.

Wrong prescription may be given out.

Tools left inside the body after surgery.

Reusing the same syringe/needle.

And this awful, tragic, unjustifiable situation… (Trust the doctors and experts, right?)

I think you see where this is going. There are many mistakes that can happen no matter how many safety procedures are in place. And when money’s on the line (or some other strange ulterior motive), as we can see in the last couple of links, for some our integrity to do what’s right flies out the window and we take drastic measures and shortcuts even at the cost of someone’s well-being.

3. Possibility of hospitals to be bribed/bought off to suit a particular agenda (or just plain out stupidity):

Echoing the sentiments of Sen. Dr. Scott Jensen, the very shady practice of paying hospitals in regards to carrying out unorthodox procedures is extremely alarming, and we shouldn’t undermine the possibilities that might arise from these questionable dictates.

“Right now Medicare has determined that if you have a COVID-19 admission to the hospital you’ll get paid $13,000. If that COVID-19 patient goes on a ventilator, you get $39,000; three times as much. Nobody can tell me, after 35 years in the world of medicine, that sometimes those kinds of things [don’t] [have] impact on what we do…”

My conversation with State Senator and doctor who exposes Medicare payouts for COVID-19 patients

Then we have the inconceivable decision to place covid-infected patients in a nursing home – a place where the most vulnerable of people can be found and who is at most risk of contracting this illness – and who the government keeps alleging are the very same people we’re trying to save from getting sick.

I honestly don’t know how anyone in their right mind does not see a problem with this. It flies against the very propaganda they’re trying to enforce on everybody that lockdown mode was a must to most specifically save our elderly population. Yet they’re going to quarantine covid positive patients with them? HAS THE WORLD GONE MAD?

Due to this move, all eyes have turned to Rachel Levine, who was the spokesperson and proponent for this event. (Un)Ironically, this very same person had her own mother removed from a nursing home facility and placed in a safer environment.

The health official responsible for overseeing nursing homes in Pennsylvania — where nearly 70 percent of the state’s coronavirus-related deaths have occurred — has reportedly moved her elderly mother out of a facility as deaths skyrocketed.

Pennsylvania health official moved mother from nursing home as deaths skyrocketed

As an added note, who do we have as Biden’s nomination for assistant secretary of health? None other than Rachel Levine, who mandated this outrageous order.

You would think that with the very specific prompts to not go see grandma or grandpa over Thanksgiving/Christmas, or their birthday, or EVER, because you might be asymptomatic and unknowingly passing along an illness to them and it’s only for their own good, it would dawn on these “health experts” that knowingly sending in actual positive patients (and even that is debatable) to the elderly people would be more likely to get them sick. But it’s okay because the HEALTH EXPERTS know what they’re doing.

4. Fake Vaccines on the Rise:

Due to the fallible (and sometimes gullible) nature of man, it is sadly not uncommon that one would fall prey to a scam, even when trying to follow all of the protocols.

“As [the] vaccine is now becoming available, the large demand will trigger different criminal activities,” Europol spokesperson Jan Op Gen Oorth told DW. This includes circulation of falsified vaccines on illicit markets or their introduction into the legal market, trafficking of fake or substandard vaccines that have fallen out of the cold chain, and the theft of cargo and even medical waste such as empty vials.

Officials warn of fake COVID-19 vaccines

In early December, when COVID-19 vaccines became officially available worldwide, illicit vaccines were offered for sale with prices starting at around $250. Now, as multiple vaccines are being approved and rolled out globally, the number of advertisements for vaccines “has exploded, and the asking prices have doubled or even quadrupled. Now, the researchers found that the vendors on the dark net were asking for $500 or even $1,000 for an unspecified dose.

In Britain too, the National Crime Agency (NCA) have reported that scammers were offering fake Covid-19 vaccines to elderly and vulnerable people in return for payment and has urged the public to be vigilant.

Beware of fake Covid-19 vaccines: When, where and how to receive the genuine vaccine? (that’s assuming you want the “genuine vaccine” to begin with…)

Are we sure the politicians, administrators and healthcare officials realize this also? Because with the very bizarre order that Rachel Levine/Andrew Cuomo were carrying out in regards to the covid patients and nursing homes, perhaps they were also merely pawns in a pandemic scam gone wrong. (or right, depending on which side of the fence you’re sitting on.)

5. The fact that we’ve been lied to (misled) many times over during this coronavirus situation:

One name that keeps popping up who has changed his opinion (which should be based on fact) on several different matters about the covid pandemic countless times is Dr. Anthony Fauci – the head of the NIAID and the talking “authority” on the coronavirus pandemic.

As I outlined in this article here:

Anthony Fauci Caught ‘Lying’ – Several Times (Science doesn’t lie. But people sure do.)

we need to be aware that just because someone is labeled an “expert” or an “authority leader”, etc., does not mean that they follow a morally ethic code.

Our “leading experts” during the covid pandemic has been seen numerous times changing their mind, changing the narrative, misleading the public, and even changing the very definition of certain scientific terminology in regards to the situation we’re in today. As some people speculate, could all of this deception and changing narratives be politically charged? Are we merely being used for the stranglehold of certain politically-leaning agendas?

Then we have the times that news outlets such as CBS aired the wrong footage of an Italian hospital and passed it off as if it was happening in the Unites States. Not just once, but twice. And we shouldn’t forget about the time that, once again, CBS aired footage of a staged coronavirus testing center. Whether due to CBS’ foreknowledge or not, they still aired it. And what followed were multiple excuses outlining why it happened. – When News Media Lies

These establishments, however, are never targeted for spreading false information or fake news. We are just to accept their lies and manipulation and changing narratives because it’s allegedly for the “better good”. (For whose benefit?)

6. Government involvement in vaccines to experiment on people:

And since we’ve mentioned unethical “experts”, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the many times the government were actively involved in this agenda as well.

One of the most famous cases of this, was the Tuskegee Syphilis experiment, which is also mentioned in the below links. Included are a few other cases where the government and/or medical industry conducted awful, heinous studies on human lives.

9 Absolutely Evil Medical Experiments

Top 10 US Government Experiments Done On Its Own Citizens

There’s a phrase, “in the name of science“, which alludes to giving those with the scientific capabilities and know-how the “right” and “authority” to conduct any number of experiments and research into any and all subjects – including human beings – all for the sake of “learning” more and finding out how the world works. This is at least, the softer definition of what the phrase means.

Of course, one could delve deeper into the possibilities that all of this “scientific experimentation” (on the surface, for our benefit) is in fact nothing more than merely an excuse to satisfy their own curiosity. And that’s putting it nicely. And sure, there are allegedly rules and laws put in place to deter abuse of this power. But as we all should know, it seems as if the laws imposed on everyone else does not apply to those of a “higher authority”. There are other darker theories of what is to be gained for experimenting with nature as well – but I will leave that for you to research if you so wish.

(I have not read the following book, and after reviewing the responses of people who have, it is sure to be a grim and harsh look into the experiments that were done behind closed curtains “all in the name of science”:
In the Name of Science: A History of Secret Programs, Medical Research, and Human Experimentation)

Is there no wonder we don’t trust these agencies?

7. Certain vaccines for certain people?:

One video that I recall seeing immediately gave me a nervous, suspicious feeling. Was this born out of just simple paranoia? Or do I have a good reason for feeling anxious about what this could possibly entail:

How to Vaccinate Anti-Vaxxers | Allen Pan – Sufficiently Advanced

This video is meant to mock anti-vaxxers, but as Allen Pan went to get his vaccine, both he and his friend, Shani (who was already suspicious of the vaccine), couldn’t even hide their confusion as to why the hospital was going to give Shani a different vaccine.

Caption on the video: “They tried to give Shani a different brand than what they gave me

Shani:No, that… give me the good one.

Allen Pan:That’s weird.

Shani:So they gotta be different.” (indistinguishable) “You better include this in the video. ‘Try to give her a different type of vaccine’.”

Then we have reddituser nachotacocat11 expressing concern that an electronic form asked the patient to choose which vaccine they’d prefer. After selecting Pfizer, realized that the nurse administered the Moderna vaccine instead.

The responses run the gamut from others expressing their concern as well and their understanding of the situation, all the way to people shaming her for even daring to question the establishment and that she should feel lucky she got the vaccine at all. I won’t even get into the different reasons why different vaccines for different people may be necessary, because I’m not a scientist or molecular biologist. But it is something to consider when they even have the option to fill out on their form in the first place if they’re just going to give you whichever one they feel necessary anyway.

Another issue that has arisen is why the extreme push to vaccinate so quickly the black and latino communities, the poorer countries and less fortunate first with this new, clinical trial, only authorized for emergency use, vaccine?

Is it REALLY because they’re determined to save the less fortunate and most vulnerable people and the mistreated black community? Is it a show of good faith that these agencies REALLY care about the minority groups and their efforts are to simply save their lives first and foremost above all others? Are we REALLY to believe this as their ultimate goal? Even after reading about all the atrocities committed in several countries by the government and medical communities? (Not to mention even more crimes on humanity coming up, courtesy of Mr. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. exposing Bill Gates – one of the hugest leads in this whole “vaccinate the whole world” ordeal.)

8. Alternative methods are being censored and banned worldwide:

Some scientists have touted the use of hydroxychloroquine (mixed with other important factors) and ivermectin – which have both been debated in the “leading expert” community as not being effective. Yet there are tons of actual altruistic doctors and scientists vouching for these methods.

Doctors cure 6,000 patients with Covid-19 with Ivermectin

Finally, States Are Retracting Hydroxychloroquine Bans

Why would these alternative medicines be banned? Could it simply be because they actually save lives and it’s cost effective? If this is true, then there would be no need for a world-wide plan to vaccinate the whole planet. Even more mysterious, why does it seem as if specific factories are being targeted? Coincidence?

Second Largest Hydroxychloroquine Factory Explodes In Giant Fireball

If it is indeed true that these two are actual, proven methods in effectively curing sars/covid, then the yearly (or more) need to keep vaccinating people over and over and over again with different chemicals (which presumably would keep giving side effects that would require even more medication) would not be needed. Who would hurt from that? The pharmaceutical industry.

9. The “ingredients” in the vaccines – and the fact that some of the producers aren’t liable for short-term/long-term damage caused by this rushed vaccine:

Speaking of the vaccines and all of the chemicals that are possibly in it, we have again the moral and ethic code that some people will abide by. Whether you’re a believer or not, there are some who are opposed to being injected with aborted cell lines and/or the other chemicals, etc. that one feels doesn’t need to be in our system.

Which COVID-19 vaccines are connected to abortion?

There is also the questionable new technology that is going into this vaccine, most notably the mRNA component, that has yet to be extensively studied. (If we are to believe their accounts…)

mRNA Vaccines Might Prove Catastrophic in a Rushed Coronavirus Response

Are our immune systems so compromised that we need a vaccine for all of these diseases and possibly unknown ones as well? Could it be that these diseases/illnesses/plagues, etc. are created by the very hands that make the vaccines? Is the pharmaceutical and medical industry one of the largest, longest running scams on the planet?

No… that’s just silly, crazy talk and I’m definitely not saying that…

And when you pair up everything together on top of these rushed vaccines that haven’t been vetted/tested properly with no long-term data to its name, and the efforts of these vaccine production companies to be exempt from any liability due to short-term or long-term damage… well, that’s a red flag and a huge problem.

Drug Companies Continue to Shed Liability for Rushed Coronavirus Treatments

So even if you agree to being injected with this potentially harmful and ethically controversial cocktail of ingredients and technology, there’s little one can do as far as monetary compensation if something goes wrong.

10. Bill Gates’ history into eugenics and depopulation agenda:

In this post What is Bill Gates’ Motive, it highlights some of the agendas that Mr. Bill Gates himself has presented and spoken about.

In the following link, we see a video that expands upon Bill Gates’ ties to the eugenics history and Planned Parenthood (whose biggest business operation has been abortion) and his partnership with Anthony Fauci.

SHOCKING! Historian Exposes Bill Gates’ Ties To NAZIs And More

A rather lengthy (but extremely pertinent) excerpt from the above link is repeated here, from Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s instagram post he made on April 8, 2020 about Gates and the damage that his and those of his co-horts has caused across the world:

Indian doctors blame the Gates campaign for a devastating vaccine-strain polio epidemic that paralyzed 496,000 children between 2000 and 2017. In 2017, the Indian Government dialed back Gates’ vaccine regimen and evicted Gates and his cronies from the NAB. Polio paralysis rates dropped precipitously.

In 2017, the World Health Organization reluctantly admitted that the global polio explosion is predominantly vaccine strain, meaning it is coming from Gates’ Vaccine Program. The most frightening epidemics in Congo, the Philippines, and Afghanistan are all linked to Gates’ vaccines.

By 2018, ¾ of global polio cases were from Gates’ vaccines. In 2014, the Gates Foundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines, developed by GSK and Merck, on 23,000 young girls in remote Indian provinces. Approximately 1,200 suffered severe side effects, including autoimmune and fertility disorders. Seven died.

Indian government investigations charged that Gates funded researchers committed pervasive ethical violations: pressuring vulnerable village girls into the trial, bullying parents, forging consent forms, and refusing medical care to the injured girls. The case is now in the country’s Supreme Court.

In 2010, the Gates Foundation funded a trial of a GSK’s experimental malaria vaccine, killing 151 African infants and causing serious adverse effects including paralysis, seizure, and febrile convulsions to 1,048 of the 5,049 children. During Gates 2002 MenAfriVac Campaign in Sub-Saharan Africa,

Gates operatives forcibly vaccinated thousands of African children against meningitis. Between 50-500 children developed paralysis. South African newspapers complained, “We are guinea pigs for drug makers”.

Nelson Mandela’s former Senior Economist, Professor Patrick Bond, describes Gates’ philanthropic practices as “ruthless” and immoral”.

In 2010, Gates committed $ 10 billion to the WHO promising to reduce population, in part, through new vaccines. A month later Gates told a Ted Talk that new vaccines “could reduce population”.

In 2014, Kenya’s Catholic Doctors Association accused the WHO of chemically sterilizing millions of unwilling Kenyan women with a phony “tetanus” vaccine campaign.

Independent labs found the sterility formula in every vaccine tested. After denying the charges, WHO finally admitted it had been developing the sterility vaccines for over a decade.
Similar accusations came from Tanzania, Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines.

A 2017 study (Morgensen et.Al.2017) showed that WHO’s popular DTP is killing more African than the disease it pretends to prevent. Vaccinated girls suffered 10x the death rate of unvaccinated children.

Gates and the WHO refused to recall the lethal vaccine which WHO forces upon millions of African children annually. Global public health advocates around the world accuse Gates of – hijacking WHO’s agenda away from the projects that are proven to curb infectious diseases; clean water, hygiene, nutrition and economic development.

They say he has diverted agency resources to serve his personal fetish – that good health only comes in a syringe.

In addition to using his philanthropy to control WHO, UNICEF, GAVI and PATH, Gates funds private pharmaceutical companies that manufacture vaccines, and a massive network of pharmaceutical -industry front groups that broadcast deceptive propaganda, develop fraudulent studies, conduct surveillance and psychological operations against vaccine hesitancy and use Gates’ power and money to silence dissent and coerce compliance.

In this recent nonstop Pharmedia appearances, Gates appears gleeful that the Covid-19 crisis will give him the opportunity to force his third-world vaccine programs on American children.…”

SHOCKING! Historian Exposes Bill Gates’ Ties To NAZIs And More

And if one digs further into this agenda, a pattern starts to emerge of Margaret Sanger (founder of Planned Parenthood) and her agenda of wiping out the “unfit”. (Her words, not mine.)

“It seems to me from my experience…that while the colored Negroes have great respect for white doctors they can get closer to their own members and more or less lay their cards on the table which means their ignorance, superstitions and doubts.

We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal.

We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Birth control is nothing more or less than the facilitation of the process of weeding out the unfit, of preventing the birth of defectives or of those who will become defective.”

“No permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth…”

7 Incredibly Shocking Quotes From Planned Parenthood Founder Margaret Sanger
21 Quotes by Margaret Sanger that Will Probably Make You Sick

It is an absolute infringement and affront to have our very own lives dictated in this manner.

So why might people be wary of this highly rushed and questionable vaccine? The above list might help explain it. And we have to realize, even if someone had NO real reason for not wanting to take this vaccine, it is still their body, their right to not have foreign substances from suspected corrupt agencies injecting them without their consent.

Fact checking is extremely important. I want to reiterate not to take everything at face value; no matter what you read, where you read it from, or who you hear it from. And to be clear, do not rely on “fact checking” websites to give you accurate information either. These are just as likely, (if not even more likely…), to feed false information and false debunking accounts to manipulate the reader. Please take everything into consideration before adhering to a certain narrative – and always keep your mind open to other possibilities.

What is the Divine Council?

Angels? Spirits? Men? All (none) of the above?

Throughout my earnest search and study to learn more about the Bible and God, and the origins of where it all began, the concept of the “divine council” caught my attention and is an interesting subject that I wanted to delve into a little bit more.

When I first began my search, it was almost overwhelming because of so many different views by so many different people, about what the Bible could have meant by all the different terminologies used. “Elohim”, holy, divine, angel, heavenly, host, council, god, gods, God, sons of God, etc., etc., etc… What I was left with, was a whole plethora of multiple interpretations without a clear answer and instead simply led me back into a circle to the beginning again. It’s honestly unlikely that I will find a satisfactory answer to the question, “What is the Divine Council?” Although it’s not for a lack of trying.

Taking an Objective Look at the Bible

Now, with that being said, and which I’m sure might offend some readers, I have to state the most obvious reason that some people might stick fast to the thought that the Bible and God, as it is written, is infallible. It is their belief structure and their headstrong desire that they have something fool-proof to cling to so that their life and their thoughts have a stable dependency. Which is why I think some people will hold fast to a certain belief or religion without looking at all the information or the wide-picture to make sense of it. Again, I don’t mean to offend or blaspheme, because I do love God and Jesus and the Holy host with my whole heart, and it is because I love Them that I am on this quest for Truth.

Knowing how “man” (and perhaps these “supernatural rulers”) will oftentimes corrupt and twist a particular event to suit their needs, or even if there was simply an honest mistake, one has to wonder if the Bible itself is not compromised. What was I’m sure a legitimate piece of writing from God could have been misinterpreted/mistranslated throughout the ages or simply purposefully edited/altered. Anyone who knows even just a little bit of the history of Jesus (that we read and/or were told) will have some kind of understanding about the opposition and trials he endured by others who were intimidated by His being. What better way to throw His followers off the trail than by infiltrating His church and/or the Bible?

I say the above only to give awareness that what we’re currently reading in the Bible may not be the whole Truth/account of what really happened. As we’ve seen in current times, our news and media stations, indeed, some of our churches and other corporations we’ve been conditioned to trust, have been corrupted and infiltrated to lead us on the wrong path. The awareness or possibility that this is even feasible must run through people’s minds to give them a certain careful discernment about the life-long pursuit of some of these corrupted individuals to erase spirituality from people’s minds. It sounds far-fetched, but throughout my experiences and research into some strange phenomena and the facts surrounding them, the conclusion it boils down to is this: “We are indeed in the middle of a spiritual warfare.”

Back to the Divine Council

Now, instead of giving my (or anyone else’s) interpretation of what the Divine Council is, I want to select a few of these occurrences from the Bible (assuming that it has not been corrupted or altered/mistranslated in anyway) to provide some background that this term and the concept is written about and lends credence to the possibility of other “supernatural” beings.

Speaking about false prophets:

18 But which of them has stood in the council of the Lord to see or to hear his word?
Who has listened and heard his word?”

21 I did not send these prophets, yet they have run with their message; I did not speak to them, yet they have prophesied.
22 But if they had stood in my council, they would have proclaimed my words to my people and would have turned them from their evil ways and from their evil deeds.”

– Jeremiah 23:18 & 23:21-22

19 Micaiah continued, “Therefore hear the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne with all the multitudes of heaven standing around him on his right and on his left.
20 And the Lord said, ‘Who will entice Ahab into attacking Ramoth Gilead and going to his death there?’ “One suggested this, and another that.
21 Finally, a spirit came forward, stood before the Lord and said, ‘I will entice him.’
22 “‘By what means?’ the Lord asked.
“‘I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets,’ he said.
“‘You will succeed in enticing him,’ said the Lord. ‘Go and do it.’
23 “So now the Lord has put a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all these prophets of yours. The Lord has decreed disaster for you.”

– 1 Kings 22:18-23

Speaking of other “gods” / evil entities:

3 But the angel of the Lord said to Elijah the Tishbite, “Go up and meet the messengers of the king of Samaria and ask them, ‘Is it because there is no God in Israel that you are going off to consult Baal-Zebub, the god of Ekron?’
4 Therefore this is what the Lord says: ‘You will not leave the bed you are lying on. You will certainly die!’” So Elijah went.

– 2 Kings 1:3-4

12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
– Ephesians 6:12

(fourth beast/kingdom)
25 He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time.
26 “‘But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever.

– Daniel 7:25-26

Speaking about the elders/divine hosts:

2 At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it.
3 And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and ruby. A rainbow that shone like an emerald encircled the throne.
4 Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of gold on their heads.
5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. In front of the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits of God.

9 Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever,
10 the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever.

– Revelation 4:2-5 & 4:9-10

9 “As I looked, “thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze.
10 A river of fire was flowing, coming out from before him. Thousands upon thousands attended him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The court was seated, and the books were opened.

– Daniel 7:9-10

5 The heavens praise your wonders, Lord, your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones.
6 For who in the skies above can compare with the Lord? Who is like the Lord among the heavenly beings?
7 In the council of the holy ones God is greatly feared; he is more awesome than all who surround him.

Psalm 89:5-7

These are just a few references about other “gods” and the concept of a “divine” council/counsel – if you will.

There are countless debates about the term “elohim” and “god”/”gods” in relation to this council. Some will say that the term “god” is not to infer an actual “divine” or angelic/heavenly being, rather that what was meant by the author was a ruler, king, or leader. Fully human, of course. But when we look at the actual context of these verses, this reasoning does not stand. There are clear indications that these other entities being referred to are indeed of a spiritual/supernatural (as we define it) nature. Whether it be divine/heavenly/angelic, or a lying spirit, to a wicked spiritual force of evil in the heavenly realms.

If one were to take the Bible at heart, they would have to come to terms with the likelihood that there are a multitude of different spiritual beings, both of the good/holy kind, and those of the wicked/evil type. The many references that the Bible itself lends to other “gods” cannot be lost on us. That is not to say that they are “real” gods in the sense that they are an all-powerful being overseeing the universe like the one true God, but it could be saying that they are a deity of sorts in that they were created as a supernatural, or a “divine” force.

(DIVINE – according to etymonline.com: “pertaining to, of the nature of, or proceeding from God or a god; addressed to God,” from Old French divin, devin (12c.), from Latin divinus “of a god,” from divus “of or belonging to a god, inspired, prophetic,” related to deus “god, deity” (from PIE root *dyeu- “to shine,” in derivatives “sky, heaven, god”)

There is another interesting chapter that I wanted to address here when looking at the “divine council” theology. And as we can see depending on which version we use, the implications of these verses can be vastly different.

Psalm 82
A Psalm of Asaph

1 God presides in the great assembly;
he renders judgment among the “gods”
:

2 “How long will you[plural] defend the unjust and show partiality to the wicked?

3 Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.

4 Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.

5 “The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness;
all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

6 “I said, ‘You are “gods”;
you are all sons of the Most High.’

7 But you will die like mere mortals; you will fall like every other ruler.”

8 Rise up, O God, judge the earth, for all the nations are your inheritance.

– Psalm 82:1-8 (NIV)

A Plea for Justice
A Psalm of Asaph

1 God stands in the congregation of the mighty;
He judges among the gods
.

2 How long will you judge unjustly,
And show partiality to the wicked? Selah

3 Defend the poor and fatherless;
Do justice to the afflicted and needy.

4 Deliver the poor and needy;
Free them from the hand of the wicked.

5 They do not know, nor do they understand;
They walk about in darkness;
All the foundations of the earth are unstable.

6 I said, “You are gods,
And all of you are children of the Most High.

7 But you shall die like men,
And fall like one of the princes.”

8 Arise, O God, judge the earth;
For You shall inherit all nations.

– Psalm 82:1-8 (NKJV)

Depending on how one interprets the following chapters, and which version they are using, we can see how the context can be extremely different from each other. While the version on the left (NIV) surrounds the term “gods” in quotation marks, the NKJV does not. Also, the NKJV seems to follow in line with the other psalms of Asaph, in that Asaph is the one crying out to God as to why He seems to be showing partiality to the wicked. The NKJV seems to imply that it is Asaph wondering why God is judging unjustly, and is pleading to Him to do what is right and show mercy to those who are good and righteous.

The NIV, on the other hand, is indicating that it is God addressing the other “lesser gods” to do their duty right. To stop showing favor with the wicked and instead rule and judge amongst the people in the way that He has decreed them to.

There are so many examples like the one above that differ depending on how one reads it or interprets it. How do we know, for sure, which is the correct one version? (Out of many.) Or if both interpretations are incorrect? Would it be hubris to declare that one is more correct than the other? Or is there a level of discernment one must take in order to find the Truth? If something comes to light eventually that proves to be fact and is undeniable that we might not agree with, would we be willing to set aside our false belief? Or is our belief system so ingrained and conditioned within us that we will fight tooth and nail to hold on to what may possibly be heretical ideas?

Conclusion: Is the Divine Council biblical?

If we are to take the Bible at heart, even if there are supposed errors/mistranslations in its midst, the conclusion from all of these verses and other contextual evidence is that a divine council does exist. Even if we bypass all of the quotes above, we have from the very beginning (literally) in the first chapter of Genesis where God declares, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.

This is unmistakably expressing that there are other beings like God before He created mankind.

There are also other allusions to the possibility that the “divine council” may even be a general term to include even the wicked spirits.

Take Job 1:6-12, into account:

6 One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them. 7 The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”

Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

8 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”

9 “Does Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied. 10 “Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. 11 But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face.”

12 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.”

Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.”

Now while these verses don’t specify if this was a formal hearing or meeting of sorts with these angels, and it also doesn’t indicate that Satan was invited as a normal member of this “council”, it does show, in this instance, that God at least humors Satan, whether it was part of His sovereign will or not. Whether or not Satan or other less savory beings regularly attend these divine/heavenly meetings is still up for debate. (Along with the terminology of “gods” actually referring to human rulers/leaders in a mocking way – perhaps in some situations it is the case.)

During this research, one name that kept popping up in regards to the divine council and its meaning is Michael Heiser. I provide the following links for more information should you wish to delve into this further:

The Divine Council of Yahweh

And I don’t believe I can mention “divine council” without at least mentioning “aliens”, in some way shape or form. Some people attribute heavenly beings to possibly being aliens. The Pleiadians/Arcturians come to mind, since there have allegedly been messages channeled from these beings to help us on this planet. Or even from the Ra/Law of One material. Others might be familiar with the term Galactic Federation. Then there’s the theory that these beings are vibrational/energy frequencies, perhaps of the Christ consciousness. Too many different terminologies and speculations abound without a solid (no pun intended), clear answer.

As always, if you have further insights or questions/comments about this material, I would love to hear them. God bless.
