Genesis 7: The Flood Begins

Earnest Examination

This series is presented as an honest, sincere look into the study of the Bible with my own personal theories, opinions, comments and that of others’ insights and research into what the verses could mean. I cannot claim one way or another that everything that I am stating is fact and the true meaning of what is meant in these verses.

To lay it out in a way that I can manage, I have highlighted the texts of verses that I either don’t understand or have a comment or question about in yellow. And the comments I’ve left beneath it will be of a smaller font and using brown text.

I would love it if you’d join me in this journey and if you have any insights and/or knowledge of these chapters/verses etc., please feel free to share with me and the other readers. Any chance to get a clearer understanding of the Bible and Jesus Christ would be welcomed with open arms.

The Flood Begins

1 The LORD then said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation.
It is very telling that out of the population that lived during the pre-diluvian days, ONLY eight people were found to have been righteous. The population of those days have been estimated from anywhere from 5 million, all the way up to 4 billion and beyond. Now when you think about that in context, 8 people, out of – let’s take the lowest number of 5 MILLION, which is still quite a lot of people. That’s 0.0000016% of people that were found to be righteous and worthy of being saved during that generation. Now let’s take 4 billion. That equates to 0.000000002% of the population found worthy of being saved. That is a really tragic percentage. How many of us can say that we would be within that 0.000000002 to 0.0000016%? If today’s population is approximately 7.8 billion people, then according to these estimations, at the lowest end, only about 16 people would be found worthy of being saved. That’s if the wickedness in today’s time is similar to that of Noah’s. (My belief is that it’s not as bad, and I truly believe that many in today’s time have a good heart, even if we’re not perfect. Our hearts are not always wicked and immoral. Although for some individuals the same cannot be said.)
Another thing I’ve questioned: I was always taught that Noah was trying to warn people that a flood was coming, but no one believed him. (Was Noah the first “conspiracy theorist” that people laughed at and ridiculed? 😛 ) However, when I researched this, I’ve found no indication that Noah actually did this, unless one assumes the verse “preacher of righteousness” in 2 Peters 2:5 to indicate that Noah warned others. “Preacher of righteousness” could mean anything. That he tried to teach others to repent and walk away from sin. That he tried to teach them to love and follow the one true God. Or perhaps he was trying to teach his generation to treat each other with respect and kindness. All of the above, even. But it doesn’t specify that Noah exclusively was warning them of an impending flood and to prepare and repent.

2 Take with you seven pairs of every kind of clean animal, a male and its mate, and one pair of every kind of unclean animal, a male and its mate,
3 and also seven pairs of every kind of bird, male and female, to keep their various kinds alive throughout the earth.

We saw in the previous chapter, that the verses definitively stated “two of all living creatures“, however, here we see it specifying that the “clean animals” were to be brought in at 7 pairs (14 animals each) and the “unclean animals” at just 1 pair (2 animals each). That is, if none of these verses have been mistranslated or misunderstood since it was written. And as of yet, we don’t know what they mean by “clean/unclean”, although we learn their descriptions in a different book.
4 Seven days from now I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature I have made.”
I don’t know if I’m being too analytical, but is this Bible verse specifically alluding to only the creatures that God has made? What does that mean, exactly? There’s a theory that since the fallen angels came down to corrupt God’s creation, that all creation is not technically from God. If the theory of the Nephilim and the fallen angel’s interference to invert and contort everything that God made as a means of rebellion, then would that still be under God’s jurisdiction? It’s such a controversial topic and I cannot say one way or another what the true account is.
5 And Noah did all that the LORD commanded him.
6 Noah was six hundred years old when the floodwaters came on the earth.
7 And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons’ wives entered the ark to escape the waters of the flood.
8 Pairs of clean and unclean animals, of birds and of all creatures that move along the ground,
9 male and female, came to Noah and entered the ark, as God had commanded Noah.
10 And after the seven days the floodwaters came on the earth.
11 In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, on the seventeenth day of the second month—on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened.
12 And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights.

So not only did it rain for forty days and forty nights, but there was also the eruptions of the springs (geysers) that helped to flood the entire world. Were the springs erupting continuously during these times? Just out of morbid curiosity, did the people and animals being swept away by the flood also have to contend with boiling hot water due to these springs? Or am I, again, just being “too questionable”?
13 On that very day Noah and his sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth, together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark.
14 They had with them every wild animal according to its kind, all livestock according to their kinds, every creature that moves along the ground according to its kind and every bird according to its kind, everything with wings.
15 Pairs of all creatures that have the breath of life in them came to Noah and entered the ark.
This verse is very strange to me. Why would the Bible need to mention “all creatures that have the breath of life in them”? I mean, obviously animals that don’t have the breath of life in them are dead… therefore couldn’t possibly bring themselves to Noah’s ark. It seems very bizarre to me that this verse has to state this. Does the “breath of life” mean something different than what we think it means? Could it mean, a spirituality of sorts? A consciousness? A soul, even? Does this verse imply that there could be creatures among us that don’t necessary have the “breath of life” but are (were) walking among us?
There’s been debates that cloning and hybridization and genetic manipulation has been around for a lot longer than we can imagine. Could it be that due to all of this experimentation, that “living” beings could exist without actually having the essence of God? A “soulless” being, if you will?

16 The animals going in were male and female of every living thing, as God had commanded Noah. Then the LORD shut him in.
And again, as was mentioned in the previous chapter, there are many verses that make it clear that Noah brought in “male and female” of every living thing. Almost as if the Bible was foreshadowing the movement we have today which is normalizing what the Bible calls unnatural and immoral unions of the same gender.

(Now, if one were to dig deep into this rabbit hole, some speculate that it could be due to our leftover feelings of reincarnation, for one. If one were to incarnate many times throughout their lives as both male and female, then perhaps these residual memories of their fondness for the other gender is confusing them in their current lifetime. Then others have pointed to nefarious human experimentation on our genes and our sexual preference, and even twisting our minds to feel as if this is perfectly normal and acceptable. As well as a whole other slew of different possibilities.
Whichever the case, no matter your stance, I do want to mention to still treat each other with love, kindness and respect. We may all be at the mercy of underhanded corporations that are trying to infiltrate every fiber of our mind, body and soul, so having compassion and understanding towards one another will go a long way rather than demonizing and/or harshly criticizing.)

17 For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters increased they lifted the ark high above the earth.
18 The waters rose and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the surface of the water.
19 They rose greatly on the earth, and all the high mountains under the entire heavens were covered.
20 The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than fifteen cubits.
21 Every living thing that moved on land perished—birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind.
Fifteen cubits would be a little over 22 feet, covering over what’s assumed to be the highest mountain. However, the Bible really doesn’t address tunnels, caves, etc. If some people (nephilim, even?) lived in these closed off tunnels, caves, etc. could they have been spared from the flood? The Bible indicates that “every living thing” perished. So I would assume that even if they had caves/mineshafts, underground shelters of sorts, it still didn’t protect them.
But another thing to note, it again doesn’t address these giant nephilim, or the “sons of god” that helped to create them. “All animals and all mankind.” Well, nephilim and the sons of god would not fall under these definitions. Possibly not even defined as “living being”. If these fallen angels were considered as spirits, then could they have possibly wandered around until these flood waters subsided, and once again resumed their habitation of mankind?

22 Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died.
23 Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; people and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.
Again, if we are to believe that EVERYONE on the planet was wiped out due to the flood besides Noah and his immediate family and his sons’ wives, then we have to believe that any corrupted individuals that are living today are descendants of Noah and his clan. We all would be descendants, as a matter of fact.
And even though the previous chapter specifically alludes to the fallen angels and nephilim and this presumably led to the wickedness of men, any conclusion of their whereabouts are suspiciously not mentioned. Unless, of course, we are to assume that they are part of the “living creatures” and “mankind” that were all destroyed because of the flood. In my point of view, this is not conclusive and leaves an empty hole to fill.

24 The waters flooded the earth for a hundred and fifty days.

I find the story of the flood missing some crucial information. I don’t want to sound paranoid, but it almost seems like there are specific passages, chapters even, (perhaps whole books?) that have been deliberately left out or, dare I say it, covered up. It’s been known throughout history that there were different agendas and goals to keep certain information from reaching the public, and I think the story of the “sons of god” and the nephilim are one of them. The previous chapter makes note that this “unholy union” between the angels and daughters of men led to the wickedness of mankind which ultimately led to the flood. And yet there aren’t many mentions beyond Genesis 6 and Numbers 13 to give us any more information. Perhaps with further research more details will emerge to connect the dots a little better.

Again, I want to reiterate that some of my thoughts and theories may be way off base, and I also research some other things on the side as well to try and get a broader understanding of what I’m reading, so please bear with me, or, even better, if you have insights that bring more light to these verses, please let me know.

I enjoy bouncing off theories and theology off of each other and love to hear other people’s perspectives on things. Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you!

Fact checking is extremely important. I want to reiterate not to take everything at face value; no matter what you read, where you read it from, or who you hear it from. And to be clear, do not rely on “fact checking” websites to give you accurate information either. These are just as likely, (if not even more likely…), to feed false information and false debunking accounts to manipulate the reader. Please take everything into consideration before adhering to a certain narrative – and always keep your mind open to other possibilities.

Genesis 5: From Adam to Noah

Earnest Examination

To start, I’ve realized that I have never read the Bible front to back, and so would like to remedy that. On some of my posts, I quote from the Bible, which I feel is a little insincere if I’m not going to study the whole Bible. So this is my chance to get closer to the Word and really understand the book that I occasionally quote from.

Originally, I was going to start with the New Testament as a friend has advised me to do, since when I started on the Old Testament I kept getting hung up on what I saw at the time were contradictions, and baseless wickedness and corruption. It repelled me from the Bible. She mentioned that that is exactly why Jesus Christ came. To do away with the “old” ways and bring about a new, better way of living. Which is to love and care about one another. The reason the Old Testament is so important is so that we know the conditions of how the world used to be, before Jesus Christ arrived to show us a more peaceful and loving way to be.

Now that I feel I may have a better understanding of this, I am compelled to start from “The Beginning“, both literally and figuratively. After having attempted Matthew 3, I realize that I am constantly having the urge to go back through the Bible to check references and names, etc. Since my desire is to take this one step at a time and build upon the knowledge based upon the timeline laid out before us in the Bible, I have decided to revisit the time I tried to read the Bible front to back, and see if my old views still stand.

Make no mistake, I will still have questions and ponderings about why God decided to do the things He’s done (and of course more questions on top of that), but I have learned not to condemn or judge such actions since I do feel some things are beyond our understandings and it is not my place to judge. I will try my best to look at it from an unbiased and simply curious, thoughtful mind.

From Adam to Noah

1 This is the written account of Adam’s family line. When God created mankind, he made them in the likeness of God.
2 He created them male and female and blessed them. And he named them “Mankind” when they were created.
This verse is a little intriguing. It seems to allude that not only did God create Adam and Eve, but the wording seems to imply that God created other mankind too. Could it be possible that since the Bible is the story of Jesus, specifically, that we only see His timeline from when He was first created/born as Adam? Some people speculate that Jesus has been reincarnated through different incarnations since His first creation as Adam. If the Bible’s main focus is on Jesus, then it wouldn’t necessarily cover God’s other creations of mankind. Perhaps what we’re presented with in the Bible is only one story out of many.
3 When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own likeness, in his own image; and he named him Seth.
There’s a popular saying: “You’re the spitting image of your father.”

FUNFACT:

The Phrase Finder suggests the phrase came into being as a morph from the original spit and image or, perhaps, spitten image. It notes that George Farquhar wrote the line, “Poor child! he’s as like his own dadda as if he were spit out of his mouth,” in his play “Love and a bottle” in 1689.

Charming, isn’t it?

But the Grammarist suggests a much older origin for the phrase spit and image, the predecessor of spitting image, pointing to the Biblical story of Adam’s creation, in which God created the first man from “spit and mud.”

Splitting Image or Spitting Image? Don’t Be Fooled!

Another theory:

Some of the folk etymologies have the spit (expectoration) and image (a doll) used in a black magic ceremony to clone you; others cite “spat” (the offspring of shellfish) as part of the origin. According to word sleuths William and Mary Morris, some linguistic experts think “spit” is derived from “spirit,” noting that the southern pronunciation of the letter r is sometimes indistinct. In other words, the original would have been, “She’s the very spirit and image of her mother.”

What’s the origin of “spitting image”?

It is interesting that this phrase has origins in spit and making a clone of you, since spit is a common way to obtain DNA from someone. And of course, there is research and science showing that cloning is possible.

4 After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters.
This is the verse I was waiting for in the last chapter. I was questioning who was Cain’s wife since at that time, it was believed to only be Adam, Eve and Cain (since he killed his brother). But since we are presented with this verse, it becomes clear that his wife must have been a sister since there were presumably no other human beings around.
Which also brings me to the hypothesis from above that perhaps God did create more “mankind”, but we only learned of Adam and Eve’s conception.

5 Altogether, Adam lived a total of 930 years, and then he died.
6 When Seth had lived 105 years, he became the father of Enosh.
7 After he became the father of Enosh, Seth lived 807 years and had other sons and daughters.
8 Altogether, Seth lived a total of 912 years, and then he died.
9 When Enosh had lived 90 years, he became the father of Kenan.
10 After he became the father of Kenan, Enosh lived 815 years and had other sons and daughters.
11 Altogether, Enosh lived a total of 905 years, and then he died.
12 When Kenan had lived 70 years, he became the father of Mahalalel.
13 After he became the father of Mahalalel, Kenan lived 840 years and had other sons and daughters.
14 Altogether, Kenan lived a total of 910 years, and then he died.
15 When Mahalalel had lived 65 years, he became the father of Jared.
16 After he became the father of Jared, Mahalalel lived 830 years and had other sons and daughters.
17 Altogether, Mahalalel lived a total of 895 years, and then he died.
18 When Jared had lived 162 years, he became the father of Enoch.
19 After he became the father of Enoch, Jared lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters.
20 Altogether, Jared lived a total of 962 years, and then he died.
21 When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah.

A timeline showing the genealogy of these names can be found here.

So if we are to assume that there were no other human beings other than Adam and Eve’s lineage, then it’s obvious that intermarriage and/or just coupling with one another’s family members was culturally acceptable and the only way to populate. Upon further investigation, we know that this practice later becomes unacceptable due to genetic complications and the Lord speaking of this in Leviticus 18. I won’t get into that just now, but just thought it would be nice to mention that chapter as a reference.
And now that I think about it, the time frame of Genesis itself is a little questionable when we take into account who allegedly wrote Genesis and how many years must have transpired during that time. Not to mention the very destructive force of the flood and who and what it must have wiped out during its duration. Which begs the question, if the flood did indeed wipe out the rest of humanity other than Noah’s lineage like the Bible indicates, then did they keep accurate records and representation of the history and genealogy up until that point? Did they pass this information down throughout the years so that their children’s children will know exactly how the creation started and the names and times involved? If they didn’t, then we have to wonder how Moses (if he is indeed the one who wrote Genesis like some scholars claim) knew about God, Adam, Eve, and everything else that happened during Genesis. Was he just combining writings and texts from everything known and available since then and compiling them together to make the book?
22 After he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked faithfully with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters.
23 Altogether, Enoch lived a total of 365 years.
24 Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

I had to hone in on the term “walked faithfully”, which presumably means metaphorically walking; as in, following his footsteps in a spiritual manner. Not that he physically walked with him. (Although as we saw in Genesis 3, God was described as physically walking in the Garden, so perhaps it could be used in that sense as well.)

Now I want to address the interesting differentiation between the phrase “he died” which was added to every man on this list except Enoch, which instead stated “he was no more”. Which would obviously point out that this was a special circumstance. So what does this verse mean?

One theory proposed here is that since Enoch followed God’s law and pleased Him so much with his righteousness, God did not let Enoch “see” death and instead whisked him peacefully away to… Heaven, presumably?
And if one wanted to do a little further digging into what made Enoch so special, there is the Gnostic Text (not in the Bible for one reason or another…), the Book of Enoch, that one could check out if they were curious or would like to do some investigative research.

It speaks of very fascinating things concerning the “Watchers” (another term for fallen angels – since their original role was to simply watch humans, but fell due to their desire to mingle and ‘procreate?’ with the humans instead. In the Book of Enoch, we see how Enoch tries to intercede on behalf of the fallen angels since the fallen angels actually implored Enoch to speak for them since they knew about his close relationship with God.

And as we’ll see in the next chapter, the implication of “sons of God” (speculated to be referred to as angels) mating with human women to give birth to the Nephilim is addressed very briefly. The Book of Enoch aims to fill some interesting holes into this theory.
25 When Methuselah had lived 187 years, he became the father of Lamech.
26 After he became the father of Lamech, Methuselah lived 782 years and had other sons and daughters.
27 Altogether, Methuselah lived a total of 969 years, and then he died.
28 When Lamech had lived 182 years, he had a son.
29 He named him Noah and said, “He will comfort us in the labor and painful toil of our hands caused by the ground the LORD has cursed.”
30 After Noah was born, Lamech lived 595 years and had other sons and daughters.
31 Altogether, Lamech lived a total of 777 years, and then he died.
32 After Noah was 500 years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham and Japheth.
It has to be noted that while every single one of these firstborns are named to each man of this genealogy, it does not expand anywhere (at least not in this chapter..) about the other sons and daughters that it also mentions for each one. If each generation had a set of, say, 2+ pairs of a male to female ratio that also had children of their own, in addition to the main genealogy mentioned here, then there could be literally thousands of people wandering the Earth leading up to the flood, depending on how many different pairings/offspring were alive and procreating at that point. (Add to that, if one is to take the theory of fallen angels also taking upon themselves women and creating more offspring from them, then there could be countless of people/nephilim inhabiting the land during that time. It is also worth noting that there are theories that the flood was delivered in order to wipe out the nephilim from the planet. We will dig into that theory more in the next chapter.)

The next chapter delves into the famous flood and the probable causes of what initiated it. Whether it is biblically accepted or not, the implications on why the flood happened have been debated and studied upon for centuries without a clear answer. So we’ll take a good, long look at that next.

And again I want to reiterate that some of my thoughts and theories may be way off base, and I also research some other things on the side as well to try and get a broader understanding of what I’m reading, so please bear with me, or, even better, if you have insights that bring more light to these verses, please let me know.

The Story of Zoe Alexander: X Factor Exposed

The horrible deception and manipulation of an X Factor hopeful.

On this website, I honor Truth and Integrity as shown by these articles:

When News Media Lies
How Do We Find the Truth?
Why is Having Integrity so Hard?

and so when I see an obvious case of deception and injustice, I have to call it out. And one of my key goals is to work on spreading awareness on many different subjects; and since this topic was recently brought to my attention and it is one in which I used to partake in, I had to address it.

Now, my history and perhaps that of others, may be able to relate. I used to watch X-Factor, American Idol, American’s Got Talent, etc., etc. It bemused me to see all the auditions and, in my younger days, I am ashamed to admit, I joined the judges in scoffing and ridiculing the wild and/or awkward contestants with their off-key singing and strange behavior. It was entertaining, to say the least, which was the point.

But behind this obvious spectacle, it was lost on myself and others, that these were real people with real feelings who had heartfelt hopes and dreams and their own individual personality.

Now, I can simply attribute this to myself being “young and stupid” and not knowing any better. But, you know, that’s a cop out, if I may say so. After all, my Mom taught me to be nice to others. (Or she tried to, I should say.) I was also bullied as a child. So much so that in turn I became a bully myself. Again, not proud of it at all, but such is life when people go through certain emotional trauma. But I should have been understanding and more compassionate while viewing these t.v. shows. Most of them are real people putting their heart on the line. I say “most” because I have a suspicion that they hired actors as well to bring more entertainment value to their program.

And thankfully, after my negative and bitter stage, I began to feel the emotions of other people and realized that everyone is special and important and that all of us deserve to be treated with love and respect. This is actually both a curse and a blessing, because even the slightest thing can trigger me and my heart feels it, and instantly I’ll want to cry. I never used to be this way, but with some divine help and natural maturing, it’s opened my eyes to seeing people as precious and we should treat everyone right.

Blast to the Past

That brings me to Zoe Alexander’s case and many others (and a harsh look at myself with how I used to be…)

I remember over a year ago, I felt compelled to go down the nostalgia trail and re-watch some of these auditions. I used to love watching them. I would tune in for every episode but was mostly interested in the initial auditioning process.

Imagine my surprise when after watching a few, I realized I didn’t enjoy it as much. In fact, I was feeling more and more uncomfortable and disturbed that these judges (most of them, anyway), were downright cruel and dismissive. Especially if the participant didn’t fit their “ideal image”.

Again, I used to LOVE watching these episodes. Now, I felt a deep cringe inside of me; not because of the awkwardness of the people auditioning, but because my heart went out for them that they were being treated this way. The people that I used to snicker and laugh at, I now felt a huge compulsion to hug and let them know that they’re beautiful and who cares what these “judges” think.

(Of course, that was the whole point of the auditioning process, supposedly – to be judged. But what many didn’t know at the time is how staged this whole ordeal was.)

What used to be a guilty pleasure of mine now washed over me in shame. At the time, I didn’t realize how cruel my actions of laughing at these potential contestants through the screen actually was.

Enter in Zoe Alexander

Zoe Alexander on the X-Factor UK

Zoe Alexander from The X Factor UK

When I first saw this young performer, I thought she looked great, happy, and sweet. Yes, her apparent obsession with Pink was a little strange, and there was an interesting nod to her parents that they were also tribute artists (of course, at the time, we didn’t realize that this was all a setup to make her and her family look like star-wannabe’s), but her performance was fun and I thought she did really well.

Then we come to the judges who are “allegedly” confused about this contestant’s desire to want to stray from Pink, yet still choose to do a Pink song. Out of the kindness of their heart’s, of course (#sarcasm), they allow her to try a different song.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t enough to sway the judges and they lamented that if only she would have strayed away from the Pink impersonation, she might have had a chance.

The look on Zoe’s face was devastating. The realization that she had been had can be seen by anyone re-watching this scene and knowing the “real” story. But to those who were tricked and manipulated (i.e. – the whole t.v. viewing audience) into believing a certain narrative, their takeaway of these events was simply that Zoe had her chance, and she blew it – then went into a full blown temper tantrum.

When Zoe yelled out that they made her do a Pink song, the judges and audience can be heard displaying their shock at her audacity to accuse them of such, especially since this never occurred during the audition. The judges kept reiterating how they never said anything like that, and it was her choice to sing it and that they even gave her a second chance.

The t.v. audience was left with an edited mess; painting Zoe as an ungrateful, deluded, angry character that was perhaps one of the most violent contestants they’ve ever had – that a lot of us fell for.

After seeing this audition, my opinion of this sweet, happy demeanor of this young lady changed to that of bewilderment and “Woah… that sure escalated quickly.”

Since I knew, even at that time, that editing was certainly a possibility, I wasn’t too quick to jump on the wagon that Zoe was delusional and her anger was misplaced. But I was taken aback that my initial opinion of her was so wrong. Still, something nagged in the back of my mind that something wasn’t quite right. The words that they told her to sing a Pink song kept reverberating inside and I thought, “She wouldn’t have said that without a good reason.” And sure, they could have edited that bit out of the show, but the pure disbelief and confoundment on her face told me a different story.

I even attempted to do a little research then and there about it, but since it was still so new and fresh, the only things I found about it were all deprecating articles and videos about a lady who went on a rage-filled tantrum on the show.

In this exposé that came out on July 19, 2020 and August 18, 2020, Zoe reveals how the producers of the show encouraged her to choose a Pink song even though it was her desire to get away from the Pink persona and do different artists to display a different range of her abilities and her search to be herself.

The producers, however, made it clear to her that she would not be advancing unless she did Pink. In her original email to them, she wrote the 5 songs that they asked her to submit, which was all her own decision. After receiving word back from them asking her to put Pink instead, she finally caved and listened to their “advice”.

From here, the sordid tale takes off into a twisted, confusing, heartbreaking ordeal that ended with Zoe Alexander suffering from an emotional breakdown on The X Factor. To say that the producers were deliberately trying to manufacture this emotional outburst is an understatement.

As Zoe relates, one of the producers even urged the cameraman to keep his camera on her, even as the cameraman visibly felt uncomfortable doing so, knowing how devastatingly upset Zoe Alexander was after realizing she was used this whole time. Once the producers felt that they had enough footage, they had no more need of her and finally left her alone.

This is absolutely heartbreaking that they would simply use and abuse someone in this highly emotional state. Just getting up in front of four judges is enough to unsettle nerves, much less getting up in front of four stern judges and an entire audience, and knowing that it could be aired on national t.v. What she thought was an honest and uplifting chance at her start to stardom, ended up being an awful set up from the very beginning.

I can’t even begin to imagine the hurt and disbelief she was in, as well as her family. To see one’s child subjected to this terrible harassment must have been excruciating.

“Investigation” Ensues

Even before these videos came out, I had heard about Zoe Alexander’s story around the internet. Of course, there will be people demanding “actual proof”, which, yes, we should do, but did anyone “demand proof” that Zoe Alexander really did choose her own songs? Why is it always left to the “little people” to be demanded to show proof of any wrong doing or to clear their name? Why do we not demand this of the big industries themselves?

After all, if these big corporations are as squeaky clean as some people surmise, then it should be no problem for them to provide proof in full, unedited versions of all of the tapes of Zoe Alexander and her family, much less that of the countless other victims candidates that went on the show to prove their innocence in the defamation of character and emotional trauma that they are accused of inflicting upon numerous people.

And yes, perhaps all these huge companies will have legal documents and signed forms that protect them from certain liabilities and such, and then we have the lovely government agencies whose purpose, in part, is: “We also help to make sure people don’t get scammed and are protected from bad practices. This is particularly important for vulnerable or older people.” such as is from the Ofcom regulator that investigated Zoe Alexander’s claims and found nothing untowards on the X Factor’s end.

…Oh. Don’t forget to read the red part I circled on the bottom of the page. It seems like it would be a pertinent part in why Ofcom wouldn’t see any suspicious activity from a company that is, perhaps, funding them…

“We are independent, and funded by fees paid to us by the companies we regulate.”ofcom.org.uk

Sure seems like that would give them an incentive to not penalize a company that provides their paycheck. But perhaps my assumptions are unfounded and merely ridiculous speculation. After all, if someone was paying you exorbitant amounts of money, of course you wouldn’t mind them going out of business based on claims that you could easily refute simply by saying so. And it’s not like these companies are in cahoots or anything… The government working with the media? Surely you jest.

<<< Operation Mockingbird >>>

Sure this may simply be baseless accusations… On the other hand, it’s equally as likely, if not more so, that there’s a ring of truth to this theory (or a full out chorus of bells ringing and angels singing, “Hallelujah, someone’s finally got it!”)

There’s also an interesting correlation between what Zoe Alexander relates with her visit from the dailymail editor. It’s a very startling account, and a huge eye-opener into the “journalism” that’s going on. Remember, this event happened in 2012.

After Zoe’s meltdown on the X Factor, her family had a visit from the dailymail editor.

In Zoe’s words about what the editor allegedly said, which should raise alarm bells to everyone: “It doesn’t matter what you said; it’s only what we say you said. And it doesn’t matter what you do; it only matters what we say you do.”

It reminds me of this interesting tidbit, courtesy of Mika Brzezinski / MSNBC:

“The dangerous edges here are that he’s (Donald Trump) trying to undermine the media, trying to make up his own facts, and it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsens he could have undermined the messaging so much that he could actually control, uh, exactly what the people think, and that is, that is our job.”Mika Brzezinksi – (youtube.com)

I don’t think enough people know about these underhanded tactics from the media and government to control what the people think. It ranges from anything about politics, to world wide economics, to the entertainment industry… to anything and everything in between.

And why would the media want to portray certain people in a bad light? Is it simply for views and entertainment? Money? Advertisements? Is the whole world just one gigantic soap opera and we’re the unwitting performers?

Seems like a huge conspiracy, but don’t forget, a lot of the alleged false flags and conspiracy theories involving these shady practices have been confirmed. MK Ultra is no longer a theory. It is found to be true. The fact that the CIA works with the media is proven. Many whistleblowers have spoken out to bring awareness to this egregious agenda to control what the population think. And with their stranglehold over the media, we are subjected to information that they want us to “know”, and we are blinded from their suppression of things that they don’t want us to know.

The fact that these industries can get away with shamelessly bashing someone’s identity and persona for as frivolous a reason as entertainment and ratings that turn into money should heed as a wake-up call to us all to step off of these platforms and not participate in their viewership or consumerism. When we can show them that we won’t tolerate bullying and abuse and emotional exploitation on others, and that we won’t tolerate being indoctrinated and herded into a certain propaganda mindset, when we make the conscious decision to turn the program off, these “businesses” will no longer have their audience and they will lose their destructive hold on us.

It should also alert us to the fact that we cannot believe everything we see or hear on t.v., social media, news, radio, etc., etc. We need to be aware that not everything is as it seems and we need to work on developing our critical thinking skills and discernment. Don’t fall into the manipulation system that tptsb (“the powers that shouldn’t be”) have set up for us.

Growing Support for Zoe

I hope that Zoe Alexander and others like her that have suffered through this emotional and psychological trauma know just how much people really do care about them and, at least speaking for myself, am deeply regretful about believing the portrayal that this industry has painted them. I’m glad that I was able to grow out of this stage and learn some truths about the wool that was pulled over viewer’s eyes.

Thankfully, I’m not the only one, as there are others that are now coming to see the light.

It’s interesting to note that this particular X Factor Youtube video of Zoe Alexander has the comments turned off, from the X Factor UK’s own channel. And over 160,000 dislikes. Almost twice the amount as that of the likes. It’s almost as if people are starting to realize the truth of how this show wrongly depicted Zoe Alexander and set her up to be a patsy for people’s amusement… Of course, with the comments turned off, we can’t really tell on this page… only come to the most logical conclusion.

However, as this other channel has the same audition (and might be deleted in due time), I have decided to screenshot some of the more recent comments that were made merely hours ago:

This makes so much more sense now. I feel awful for judging her all those years ago, her reaction is completely understandable. I’ve lost so much respect for the show

A lot of this sudden support and popularity can be traced back to this tiktok user: @thatsmypurseidontknowyou

It’s amazing the amount of support and encouraging words that Zoe is getting now, and this is exactly as it should be. We should all be taking care of each other and showing our love and support, no matter what the circumstance. Even if Zoe had no justifiable reason for doing what she did (although we now know how wrongly she was used and her hurt and humiliation is completely understandable), the fact that everyone needs love and compassion instead of scorn and derision should be impressed upon us; and if we see someone lashing out, let us pray for them and hold them in our hearts and wish them the best, that their hurt and anger can be healed.

We should also pray that those involved in these schemes may come around and realize the errors of their ways, and change their hearts to caring about people and no longer taking part in these manipulative, corrupted agendas.
